The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to oldtown Scottsdale, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was with our family of four two adults and two adult kids, looking to catch up and relax, elderly folks nearby. Home was cozy with all amenities enjoyed the backyard with pool, hottub, elevated balcony with view of Camelback Mountain. Spatious interior with master, nice stocked kitchen etc. Enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and would love to visit again!

Nice big place. The three master bedrooms with bathrooms sold us. Location was close to everything we needed. Communication was great.

This was an overall fantastic place to stay with a very friendly and communicative host. The spot was even better in person than it looked in photos. Tons of space and everything was clean and as described. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

My large family greatly enjoyed our stay at Johnny’s place. It was close to the activities we enjoyed, plus we enjoyed cooking and playing at his home and in the lovely heated pool. We would definitely stay there again!

absolutely wonderful home for a nice weekend getaway!! came down with friends and enjoyed the Nascar race. home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful location with a quiet neighborhood. the home has plenty to offer for all ages to enjoy! very homy feeling and relaxing. Host was very pleasant and nice. very quick to reply with any questions and informative and helpful!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice getaway from the busy life. Would definitely come back in the future if available!

We loved our stay! So peaceful and private. You literally step outside the door and you are in the trail to beautiful Pima Canyon. We come back to Phoenix every year and we’re hoping to stay here again in the future.

Great neighborhood, very quiet. Angelo was a great host, very quick to respond, which was great as we needed help getting in when we arrived. Well stocked home with pretty much everything you might need. Older furniture, especially the outside furniture (which happens easily especially in the Phoenix sun I'm sure!). But it served our needs well. Enjoyed a relxing afternoon in the shade of the backyard patio. Would recommend!

Wanted something near spring training. Found two great food spots nearby — Ethiopian and a terrific smoothie/light breakfast place.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Ella and David’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet and tranquil. We stayed for one night just to break up our drive to Sedona. Ella and David were great at responding and recommended some great restaurants for breakfast before we got on the road. Highly recommended their cute place. Easy to find. We will be back to their place in the future.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Charles was very helpful and had great recommendations. Had a good time walking around the area with our doggo!

This house did not disappoint! When it comes to picking a place to stay, I tend to worry about what we will end up with! However, this house was exactly what we were looking for. One that was in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There were well laid out instructions available and Kevin was very quick to answer any questions we came across. We will definitely be looking for this house again anytime we are back in the area!

The place was great! Lots of space and rooms in the home for our family of 5. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. The outdoor cooking area was fantastic. The place was better than expected we had more than enough room for us 6 adults. The house was in perfect condition and the location was great. It was furnished with more than what we needed for our stay. The pictures and description do not due this home justice it really did exceed our expectations and would recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a large place. Tony, who was our host was incredibly timely we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any response. It made the stay much more enjoyable

Was just a short stay for us but very nice place and will definitely be staying again as our Daughter and grand babies live close by. Convenient location. Clean home. Great and responsive Hosts. 5 Star AirBnB for sure.

Amazing... This property is such a great find. We are a bigger family, 8 of us total, and this home was wonderful, our kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Plus it is locally centered with a Walmart Supercenter less than a mile away. Which made it easy to do shopping and feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. I absolutely fell in love with this place if it was available to buy, I would've lol... The absolute perfect vacation spot for a family. Thank you for having us. Next time we head to Phoenix for another Baseball Tournament we will definitely be hitting Janet up. Your the best Janet!!! James has a beautiful home, very peaceful and relaxing! Very quiet neighborhood with a golf course in your backyard. My favorite part was the backyard with the pool and the Bar! Would definitely stay there again!!

Gorgeous house perfect for a bachelorette. Very clean and great communication apart from perhaps excessive automated messages haha. A short uber drive to Old Town and other popular destinations.
