Karen's place was perfect for two of us! It was clean and well appointed. Karen was very responsive and friendly.

My sister and I stayed here for a staycation and it was awesome. We had the perfect little corner! It was close to everything but also nice and private.

Clean, comfortable, easy process, had everything we needed. Was a very expensive weekend throughout phoenix area but this was the best deal we found for a 3 bedroom unit. No complaints!

It was a really pretty place in the heart of Phoenix, everything works, everything was easy to navigate as well as the host was SUPER helpful

Perfectly apportioned and located apartment. Had every amenity I needed. Very clean and light and airy. Nice cold air conditioners. Adorable patio and common areas, including lovely and functional laundry room. Perfectly located near everu vein of all of the interstates. Close to a nice Walmart and Target. Also lots of great restaurants. It was even less than 5 minutes to fedex to mail an important package. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The place is beautiful and fun - right next to the pool and hot tub. DaNuta is sweet and so responsive, I wasn’t worried about anything during my stay! I would absolutely come back.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay and Nathan was an incredible host. His home was so convenient for our entire family while attending Spring Training games at Camelback Ranch with our World Series Champions LA Dodgers. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and the kitchen/living room areas were very spacious. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip an awesome experience !!!

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

We had a great stay at Shaun's place - two adult couples for a quick weekend in the desert. Everything was as promised, clearly communicated, and a lovely, quiet home. The landscaping and outdoor space were a highlight!

Devin was a phenomenal host! He was quick to respond and he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Everything was as described and pictures. Place was great for us to relax after busy days and was centrally located with lots of food options nearby

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time staying at Peter’s condo. It was a great location for our spring training plans. The condo was well equipped and worked perfectly for us. We can highly recommend!

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

The place looked better than I expected. I did have difficulties finding the unit. (Make sure you add the unit number to the GPS) However, Marcus gave us his personal number and stayed on the phone until we got into the unit. Overall, very clean place. There were a few spots in the bathroom that needed to be touched up but we did it with no problems and Marcus apologized. Anything we needed at the unit, he had available. Very cute location. The beds were COMFORTABLE!!! Would stay again!
