Paralia Vergas : locations de maisons de vacances

Het was net een droom. Wat een fantastisch plekje. Slapen met de deuren open, wakker worden met vol zeezicht. Luieren op de ligbedjes of helemaal alleen zwemmen op het kleine strandje. Het huisje is klein maar fijn. Brandschoon. Goed bed. Keuken en badkamer bevatten alles wat je nodig bent. Je krijgt precies wat je boekt vanaf de foto. Er zijn nog een paar huisjes op het terrein maar die staan achter dit huis. Dus daar merk je niets van. Vlak bij het super leuke Stoupa. Allerlei kleine strandjes met tavernes heel dicht bij. Wij hebben intens genoten.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία και θέα, το συγκρότημα Ryalos όμορφο και φροντισμένο. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως το περιμέναμε από την περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και άνετο.

Die Villa Crysanthi ist super schön ausgestattet. Das Haus mit Pool liegt sehr ruhig in einem Olivenhain und der Strand von Stoupa ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Dort findest du auch die schönen Restaurants und Bars. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen, 2 Bäder sowie eine Terrasse im EG und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick im OG. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet! Ich kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

We loved our stay! The villa was super clean, well furnished with quality and heart, and you can’t get enough of the view and the pool. Surrounded by olive trees and just a car ride away from the coast with some hidden beaches and nice restaurants, for us it was perfect. Evan is also very attentive and takes care that you have everything you need. We hope to come back in some time.

In our opinion this is the best place we have stayed in Greece. The location is so relaxing while having plenty to do in the area. It was just a couple of minutes drive to the beach and good restaurants. Mary is a great host and we loved the apartment.

Wonderful stay for our group of 12!!! We were 5 adults and 7 children (ages 7-16). We used both Garden Cellar and Green House which were two separate apartments connected by interior staircase. Lovely garden area and we enjoyed the pool. Great central location in quiet neighborhood.

Amazing place, looks exactly like the photos and as described. Jenny was an amazing host & it was a beautiful area but would highly recommend a car as not too much around the area but 100% would come again! So so happy! :)

Περάσαμε ένα ήρεμο και όμορφο οικογενειακό 3ήμερο Αγίου Πνεύματος με φίλους! Πολύ καλή περίπτωση καταλύματος διακοπών για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που επιθυμούν ηρεμία και άμεση πρόσβαση σε παραλία. Η Λία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης, απαντούσε πάντα με ακρίβεια και γνωρίζει πολύ καλά την έννοια της «φιλοξενίας» .

We had a lovely time at Markos's place. The pictures did not do the place justice - it was really pretty and super clean. We would definitely book this place again!

Exceptional place! one of the best we've ever rented!! Only seconds to the beach, with crystal clear water and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. house is spectacular with top tier finishings. each of the three bedrooms have a private, full bathroom. Two parking spaces big enough to fit larger vehicles. Thank you!

We had a great time in this apartment. It was exactly like on the pictures. The nature is wonderfull in this area. it was a bit inconvenient that there was only a bathtub and not a shower, but we knew that on beforehand. We could also make use of the laundry machine, which was nice. On a critical note, maybe it was on of the worst couches we had sit on. But the bed was very chill, even bigger than we had in our hotel in Athens, so that was a pleasant surprise. we would definitely recommend to stay here.

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

Ενα μικρό διαμαντάκι στη Μανη. Πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσεις την Λακωνική Μανη. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Wonderful villa in an excellent location, one minute walk from the sea and harbour with lots of restaurants yet quiet, clean and spacious. With 3 large bedrooms each with en suite bathroom you have lots of privacy for all. Very nice balconies for dinners and relaxing while enjoying sea breeze and view. Very compostable sofa on the living room. Best hosts I ever meet, perfect for a short or long stay with family or friends. Enjoy!

We stayed in this wonderful country house in late July. The wooden furniture and the attention to detail inside the house and in the huge garden around it surely reveals how much care Stephanie puts to give her guests the most authentic experience. Just one thing to take into consideration if visiting during hot season: the air conditioning is only located in the living room, so if you want a comfortable temperature inside the rooms you must remember to switch it on several hours before going to bed

Η κα Στέλλα είναι καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, φιλική, με προτάσεις για την περιοχή! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφη, ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία με άπλετο χώρο και εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Είχαμε μαζί μας ένα μωρό και βρήκαμε παρκοκρεβατο και καρεκλακι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η περιοχή είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη, δίπλα στο λιμανάκι με τα μαγαζιά και κοντά στο πανέμορφο πάρκο Σιδηροδρόμων. Βρίσκαμε πάντα πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο μπροστά στο σπίτι. Εις το επανιδείν!

Σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πολύ όμορφο και πρακτικό. Πεντακάθαρο. Ιδανικό για ήσυχες διακοπές. Το απολαύσαμε οικογενειακώς. Θα θέλαμε πολύ να ξαναπάμε.

A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

very small village with friendly folk, and very few, but great places to eat. Costas was extemly friendly and helpful, in fact, he escorted us through the village and did he's very best to make us feel at home!!

Melina’s place is large, clean, and very well appointed. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us all necessary information. The space looks even better in person. The home is close to everything one needs, such as restaurants, pharmacies,, shops, and the port. Huge windows look out over the harbor so one can watch ferries arriving. A wonderful balcony, accessible three ways, from the living room and the kitchen, allows outdoor meals and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben alle einen wunderbaren Meerblick und bieten für die Mittagszeit genug Schatten zum Verweilen. Besonders die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist prima geeignet für Selbstversorger. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und vor allem auch genügend Geschirr. Obwohl keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, kann man die Temperature mithilfe der unzähligen Ventilatoren und der vielen zu öffnenden Fenster gut kontrollieren. Es gibt genug Platz für 4-6 Personen. Es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe (Auto notwendig). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort wirklich genossen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen zwischen Oliven-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Wir kamen nachts an, aber durch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung von Dimitrios haben wir das Haus schnell gefunden. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und dessen Familie im Haus ( insgesamt 6 Personen). Wir hatten genug Platz und in der Küche ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Backofen war toll, um den Kindern Pommes zu machen. Die Terrasse ist riesig und superschön. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ventilatoren waren auch vorhanden. Waschmaschine ist toll, wenn man mit Kindern reist.Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet nachmittags viel Schatten. Mit dem Auto sind Bäckerei, Metzger und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr gut empfehlen. Dimitrios ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.
