Paralio Astros : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nikos und Aggeliki war sehr schön. Leider konnten wir gar nicht das gesamte Spa-Angebot nutzen, weil wir primär zum Klettern in der Gegend waren und nur wenige Tage Aufenthalt hatten. Wer sich gern von seinem stressigen Alltag in der ruhigen Natur erholen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Nikos und Aggeliki sind sehr herzliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber, sind gut vernetzt und haben immer einen guten Tip oder hilfreichen Kontakt.

Vaggelis' place was amazing and it included everything that a visitor might need during the stay. Vaggelis himself is a great host, he made sure that the check-in/check-out went smoothly and he gave me all the necessary help to find the house, spend a quality time there and feel like at home. He is very discreet and very pleasant as a person. The location is perfect, a few meters only away from the sea and with a great view from the balcony, also very close to the city of Porto Heli, where you can find restaurants/bars/shops. The place is super clean, both inside the house and outside in the pool/garden area. There is plenty of space for the visitors, with 3 double bedrooms and a lot of common space. A big thanks to Vaggelis that made our stay very pleasant and unique. We will definitely come back.

Na een wat bewogen start, vanwege een ernstige bosbrand vlakbij Korfos, hebben wij een opnieuw een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Vanwege de brand was de toegangsweg richting Korfos afgesloten. Wij hebben al die tijd contact gehad met Anna en Katarina. Dat contact verliep soepel en eerlijk. Ook hebben zij met ons meegedacht en hebben zij ondersteuning geboden. Dat stellen wij enorm op prijs. Uiteindelijk zijn wij een dag later dan gepland aangekomen in dit fijne huis in dit rustige Griekse dorpje. Het huis biedt veel ruimte en een prachtig uitzicht waar je geen genoeg van krijgt. Daarnaast is het fijn dat er in de slaapkamers en de woonkamer airco is. Deze hebben we nodig gehad, want het was de eerste dagen heel heet. Het dorpje heeft leuke restaurantjes en een minimarket voor de nodige boodschappen. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug op deze fijne plek waar deze behulpzame mensen een heerlijk huis hebben.

It was our second time staying at Katerina’s beautiful house so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for us, the village with little shops and bakery is in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here again and are looking to come back. Our kids fell in love with the dog

Argie’s place is a little heaven. The house is beautiful inside and out. Even nicer than shown on the pictures. Its tastefully designed and furnished, very very spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and it was more than enough space for us. The garden is large and the pool is brilliant. The host is extremely helpful and responsive- always got response within minutes. The experience was brilliant throughout and im sure we will be back in the future.

Η βιλα του Mark εχει καταπληκτική θεα, εξαιρετικα λειτουργικους χωρους (εξωτερκους και εσωτερικους) και ιδιωτικοτητα. Ο Mark ειναι φιλικος και εξυπηρετικος σε οτι χρειαστείς.

Sometimes I wish there were 6 stars rating for extraordinary hosts, like Sarantos. As a family of 3, the place was beautiful and exactly to our needs. Our toddler enjoyed the farm like experience and we had the most magnificent host. Thank you Sarantos and hope to see you again

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

Ένα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Διακοσμημένο όμορφα και τις απαραίτητες παροχές για τη διαμονή μας. Ο κύριος Κώστας ήταν εξυπηρετικό και φιλικός μαζί μας. Είναι δίπλα στην παλαιά πόλη και πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια και καφέ. Η θέα από την βεράντα του σπιτιού απλά μαγική!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. the location was spacious and beautiful with great views. Very quiet, yet an easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Traute's place near Leonidio. The beach house has a secluded feel, with great views in all directions.

Πολύ όμορφο διακοσμημένο και cozy σπιτάκι άνετο και ευρύχωρο πιο μεγάλο από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες πολύ καθαρό και σε πολύ καλό και κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης!Η οικοδέσποινα απόλυτα συνεννοήσιμη και βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!Θα προτιμήσουμε ξανά πολύ σύντομα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

We had an amazing time in the beautiful cottage of Sarantos and Angeliki! The house was super clean, well equipped to cook your own meals and the beds were very comfortable. Their garden and its view are so beautiful, we actually stayed there most of the time because it was so peaceful and relaxing. Waking up every morning to find the most delicious and generous breakfast was so nice. Also, we could do our laundry there! It was also a 5min ride to Leonidio and the beach. Sarantos and Angeliki were very friendly and always helpful, we felt really at home (also with their sweet cats)!

Such a beautiful patio and view! The thoughtful lighting made it so atmospheric at night. Easy walking distance to local restaurants. House right next to the sea, small rocky beach area, gentle clear sea for easy swimming and snorkelling. Nikos left a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival- thank you! Also made some great recommendations for places to visit and eat! We will be back!

Endroit très particulier, avec une plage presque privée en face de la terrasse de la maison. Elle a été construite avec intelligence, malgré la grande chaleur elle restez relativement fraîche. Vous y trouverez beaucoup de matériel pour faire nager les enfants, qui nous a été très pratique. il faut marcher 700 métrés à pieds dans la plage pour y accéder, en soi ce n'est pas un très long trajet aussi car Manos nous a aidé avec les bagages pour y aller et pour partir. c'était un peu compliqué avec les enfants les soirs quand elles s'étaient endormies dans la voiture. La zone de Leonidio est encore très préservée du tourisme massif, j'espère qu'il le restera. Nous n'avons pas connu les propriétaires personellement (nous étions en contact via message pour des conseils), par contre nous avons connu Manos qui s'occupe de la maison et qui a été très gentil avec nous.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern im Apartment von Efi. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Sonnenaufgang im Bett, absolute Ruhe, 10min zu Fuß zu einem wunderschönen Strand und toller Pool in der Anlage. Efi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war sehr zuvorkommend, der Service durch Ihre Haushälterin war toll. Ein absoluter Tip für Kletterer, die Klettergebiete von Leonidio sind in weniger als 15min zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

προκειται για συγκροτημα με 4 βιλες αυτονομες με μια κεντρικη πισινα. Παρα πολυ ομορφος εξωτερικος χωρις και η βιλα μεσα πανεμορφη καθαρη και ησυχη. Ξεκουραστικαμε, απολαυσαμε τον εξωτερικο χωρο και πραγματικα δεν ειχαμε κανενα παραπονο. Η βιλα που μειναμε ειχε 2 διπλα κρεβατια και δυο μονα. προσωπικα θα συστηνα το πολυ 4 ατομα ενηλικες. 6 μπορει να γινει «μικρο» το σπιτι αν εχετε σκοπο να μενετε ολη μερα εκει. Αν θα ξαναπηγαινα; ΕΝΟΕΙΤΑΙ! (επιπλεον εχει και πρωινο!).

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על הנכס של אריסטידס! הגענו זוג עם שני ילדים. הבית מקסים, מעוצב בטעם, מאוד יפה, מאובזר, מסודר ונקי, ותואם בדיוק לתמונות. יש שני חדרי שינה נפרדים הסמוכים בקומה העליונה. בקומה התחתונה יש מטבח נוח ומאובזר. בכל אחת המקומות יש חדר רחצה ושירותים. יש מרפסת עם נוף, משותפת לשני חדרי השינה. יש בנוסף חצר קדמית עם שולחן וכסאות וערסל, וניתן לשבת גם שם. הבריכה נהדרת, מאוד נקיה, יש מיטות שיזוף ושפע של שמשיות לצל. אריסטידס הוא איש מקסים, נעים ותקשורתי. נתן מענה בשמחה וברצון לכל בקשה ושאלה, והיו לנו לא מעט... אתן שתי דוגמאות ליחס המפנק שהוא נתן לנו: 1. פעמיים הביא לנו אוכל טעים שבישל לעצמו כדי לפנק ולהזכיר לנו את המטבח המקומי. 2. כאשר נפלה לבת שלנו שן, הוא עזר לנו לכתוב ביוונית מכתב מפיית השיניים של יוון, כדי לשמח את הילדה! איזה יופי! אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על האירוח החם והנעים, ובהחלט נחזור שוב אם נהיה באיזור פלופונס.

As this is the 71st five star rating, it is already very obvious: This is a fantastic place. If you think about spending nice days on the Peleponnes, think no further and book this if it is available. The view and the rooms are even much nicer in reality then on the pictures. All the rooms have a superb view. This includes the kitchen with a very large window. The window almost feels like a painting. The house is in a very good state and offers you everything you need. The TV even has a Netflix option which was nice for a few times to use. Even though the pool is not heated, it was warm enough for us at the end of October with air temperatures around 22-25 degrees. The house is super quiet even though there is a street nearby. The most you might hear are the little birds in the garden. Again, fantastic place and we would have loved to stay longer if we would have had more time.
