I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

The place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and cozy, we felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Theyre complete with kitchen, bathroom, and hygiene essentials - they even had a steamer for your clothes! There's also a projector in the bedroom which we loved. The place has all you need in a cozy, pristine, and beautiful unit :) The host was also very kind and helpful! She helped us a lot during our check in when we got a little lost finding the place (we're not the smartest navigators lol). We hope to visit again ❤️

Place is clean and comfortable

Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

Everything is great, from the location to the unit itself. Very responsive host and replies quick. Only downside for me is gym is only accessible by residents, but other than that, everything is fantastic.

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

Had a great stay!

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Very nice little studio with sliding door to the bedroom area. The view is absolutely stunning! only drawbacks is that the pool is pay to enter, and that some of the neighbours down the hallway smokes a lot inndoors and has a lot of cockroaches that runs around and also enters under the door (not the fault of the host.) i would absolutely rent again. Great aircon, good matrass gave us good sleep. Very nice with small welcoming gifts, good scents around in the house and cute decor. Sofa has seen better days but was nothing that bothered us. we felt it was amazing value for our money, a lot to do and see just outside the door, shops and restaurants are also right downstairs is you can't be bothered to go far. 10 minute walk to greenbelt. We stayed a week and really felt like home, it was very quiet and cozy inside. The hosts are really quick to respond, attentive and friendly. Thanks for having us!

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

One of the best parts was the host's flexibility—they allowed me to check in early at no extra cost, which was really helpful after a long journey. The building also has a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay, especially if you value convenience and flexibility.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I got lucky finding Habeeb’s place. I booked it again immediately after staying for an initial week. I like that he doesn’t price-gouge. And for what the location and place offers, it’s a good deal. I travel for work and I was pleased with this find. I just wish Habeeb has a more responsive property manager. There were a few items I raised (bedside lamp, toaster, kitchen outlet, balcony light were all inoperable) that were not addresses during my stay. I should have been more relentless, but then I was outside most of the day. Will privately email Habeeb my suggestions to improve value to his offer. Will stay again here. Definitely.

If you’re looking for a modern and aesthetic space to stay, look no more! Great location, amazing views!!! We really enjoyed the balconies - 45th floor did not disappoint! My family and I really enjoyed the space. Mom felt comfortable and at home, which was the biggest factor. Beds were comfy, home smelled great, and was super clean. Everything we needed was in walking distance. So much to see in the area!! Everything is better in the Philippines!! Would definitely book here again.

Ms. Girly was very accomodating of my requests, and the caretaker is approachable as well. Totoo nga lang ang comment na caretaker was way too early to come. If possible sana, around 15 minutes dumating kasi preparing pa usually kapag 30 minutes before. And not so walking distance to Bridgetowne but near if you have a vehicle. Overall a nice place. The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂

We appreciate your hospitality; your place is lovely and comfortable. The only issue was the oversight in emailing the front desk about our reservation, causing some initial stress for us. However, everything was resolved smoothly afterward. Only one item is missing, a knife. Its hard to bite apple especially seniors 😊. The jacuzzi made for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you.
