This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

as a retired hotel manager and chef I found the kitchen one of the best I've come across on AirB&B, sharp knives, good workspace, range of utensils, pots, pans etc. The decor of the place immediately reflected peace and tranquillity, excellent and quiet air conditioning, hot water to all sinks, basins and outlets (wow). Whilst being within easy walking distance to all the night-life, shopping malls and public markets it was surprising just how quiet and peaceful the neighbourhood was. Security was always polite and attentive. Plenty of nice touches, fresh coffee beans with a grinder and coffee machine (as a coffee lover this was brilliant), filtered water etc. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Manila.

We recently stayed at Ate Ley’n place and had a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to malls yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in PASAY We would definitely return in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit is clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped, making it a perfect home base. The highlight was the balcony view, where we enjoyed a stunning fireworks display from the Mall of Asia during New Year. The location is ideal, with great dining and shopping nearby, and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

We arrived at Andrew’s place early in the morning and we are greeted by the housekeeper without any problems. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that made my family feel comfortable. Two of the bedrooms is next to street so it’s a little bit noisy. One of the bathroom is really huge but the other one has limited space that we tried to manage getting our bathroom amenities put together on top the toilet tank. What we really liked about the place is that each of the bedrooms has its own AC, the karaoke in the living room, and the fish pond on the bottom of the stairs! Extra blankets are provided as well! We enjoyed very much having to use the karaoke especially my 2 grand babies! I just wish the kitchen cabinets would be more cleaner and have more condiments especially coffee😜. Thank you!

Staying at this place was really great. The pool was so nice and clean and my family had a great time singing with the karaoke. The place was squeaky clean. We really had a great time! 5/5

My experience with this room is average. If you are looking for a simple room with a good AC and cheap price, this is for you. But do not expect too much, like what I have done before.

While the AC is in the living room, it still kept the whole apartment comfortable. It was a bit warmer in the mid-afternoon, but come 6PM, it was nice and chilly. Love that the listing was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again.p

The place was so nice and we like the elegant gold accent decor - very instragrammable. Also, Ms. Diana was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect as well - close to MOA and just outside the building, there are convenience stores and food stalls. Overall, naenjoy namin ang stay! We’ll definitely book this unit again for staycation.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

「立地」鉄道駅に隣接しておりマカティ市内でもグリーンベルト以北に比べ空港からも近い。またコンドミニアム内に立派なファザードとロータリーがありグラブやmove itを呼ぶのも容易なのが良かった。隣接したショッピングモールにはコンドミニアムの敷地内のみを通って訪れる事が出来る。22時まで空いているスーパーに直ぐに買い物に行けるのは非常に便利だった。反面、マカティの繁華街に出るにはゲーテッドコミュニティのsan lorenz villageを迂回せねばならず、それが若干面倒だった。 「部屋」写真に掲載されていた通りの部屋で清潔な上にチェックイン前に害虫駆除の薬剤散布をしてくれたようで宿泊中は一度も害虫を目にすることは無かった。エアコンは窓用だが良く効き扇風機と併用することで部屋全体を効率的に冷やすことが出来た。家庭用冷蔵庫も良く冷えて多くの物を入れられるので非常に助かった。 「浴室」手動のウオシュレット付きのトイレと直ぐに温水の出る新しそうな給湯器付きのシャワーがあった。シャワーの油温は38度程度と日本人の基準からしたら少し低めだが暑いマニラの気候を考えると全く問題にはならなかった。 「総評」綺麗な部屋に親切なコンドミニアムの従業員さんや警備員の方がおり治安の心配なく買い物のできるショッピングモール隣接と完璧な宿泊先でした。Krisさんの宿泊前からの親切なアドバイスと合わせてお薦めできる宿泊席だと思います。もちろん私もマニラを再訪する際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

The place is sitting ontop of the Venice mall. So it has lots of shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location. It will well equipped and pen pen the owner communicated quickly.

Walking distance to the mall and close to the airport. Great amenities but we never had the time to use them, so maybe next time. Thank you!
