Pardesca : locations de vacances

Filippo a été un super hôte qui nous a accueilli en personne : très réactif, avec de bons conseils, et arrangeant (arrivée et départ plus tardifs). L'emplacement de l'appartement est le plus idéal de Scilla (vue sur la mer, le Castello Ruffo et le village de Chianalea) à quelques volées de marches de la piazza San Rocco (c'est un très bon point de départ pour visiter Scilla/Chianalea, se baigner, pour visiter l'Aspromonte et le sud de la Calabre). Nous nous sommes senties chez nous dans l'appartement de Filippo (tout était parfaitement conforme à la description). A noter, la décoration qui donne le sentiment d'être dans la maison de vacances de la famille. Enfin, s'il n'y avait qu'une chose à retenir : la vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse !! Wir bedanken uns bei Antonino für die tolle Gastfreundschaft während unseres 2-wöchigen wunderschönen Urlaubs in seiner Unterkunft. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung: Sehr groß, geschmackvoll, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die umliegende Hügellandschaft und Meerblick. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe zur Stadt Santa Teresa di Riva und nahe zu umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. Taormina, Catania oder dem beeindruckenden Etna. Da alle Räume mit einer gut funktionierenden Heizung ausgestattet sind, kann man die Unterkunft auch in den Wintermonaten ohne Bedenken nutzen. Antonino hat ein phantastisches Barbeque für uns zubereitet. Vielen Dank auch für den hausgemachten Limoncello und das herrliche Obst, frisch aus dem Garten! Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I had a delightful, but all to short, stay in Fiumedinisi. The home was newly renovated, spotless, and festively decorated for the 🎄 season. The place felt warm and inviting and one could tell the hosts took pride in making their guests feel welcome. A member of the host family, Marco, met me in the parking area of the town square having secured a space. He pointed out the local restaurants, bars, and points of interest - taking care to mention each place's specialty. I was escorted to the home, a minute from the square and given the grand tour that included the various aspects of the premises as well as suggestions on popular destinations and a willingness to book any tours like Mt Etna, transportation, etcetera. Marco speaks fluent 🇬🇧 and was extremely kind. He even treated me to a delicious breakfast at the small bar on the square upon checkout. I hope to return again for a longer stay. I had much to say about Fiumedinisi but ran out of room. Visit the look off across the river.

Le logement etait impeccable et pratique, tres bien situé,proche du centre ville et de la gare routière .Daniele avait mis des boissons ,des fruits et des croissants dans l appartement, et il a été toujours disponible et serviable,hyper réactif..Il a été flexible sur les horaires d arrivee et départ, on a pu laisser nos bagages dans l appartement. Merci pour cet accueil dans cette ville vraiment agréable et a la gastronomie délicieuse ,aux paysages magnifiques.

Soggiorno bellissimo! Appartamento grande in centro comodissimo per visitare i musei, fare lo struscio sulla via principale, raggiungere il mare e l'aeroporto. Cucina ampia e fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bagni comodi e puliti. Soprattutto speciale l'accoglienza di persona fatta da Barbara e Maurizio: ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

L'appartamento è bello, molto curato, inserito in un contesto splendido, la vista sul mare e le isole Eolie, tramonto spettacolare! Spiagge sia libere che attrezzate a breve distanza. Claudia è stata davvero molto gentile nel darci le indicazioni per arrivare, nell'accoglierci e nel darci preziose informazioni sui dintorni. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Alloggio molto pulito e accogliente, ci siamo trovati molto bene nell appartamento. Carlo è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile.
