Parghelia : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tropea und in Paolas Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, was für uns praktisch war, allerdings ist es abends/nachts relativ laut. Dies war allerdings kein Problem mit den Fenstern geschlossen, da diese sehr lärmabweisend waren. Auch war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für eine Woche braucht. Paola war eine super Gastgeberin und sehr flexibel. Leider hatte unser Flug Verspätung und so kamen wir erst sehr spät in Tropea an. Paola nahm uns trotzdem persönlich in Empfang. Auch war sie immer erreichbar bei Fragen und gab uns auch gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Appartamento con una vista stupenda su Tropea , Stromboli e sul bellissimo mare. Super consigliato per chi come noi cerca tranquillità e paesaggio. Una villa super curata nei minimi dettagli. Piscina molto carina. Marcello e‘ una persona disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è molto semplice. Consiglio di portare detersivo piatti, carta igienica e acqua.

Ich war 4 Wochen in Tropea, die Wohnung für mich alleine fast zu gross, super zentral gelegen, mit allem was man benötigt, inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Matratzen sehr weich. Würde jederzeit wieder bei Viviana buchen.

Super accueil. Le pot d’accueil était vraiment très sympathique. Rita Stella et son mari sont vraiment des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et calme. L’emplacement central, nous a permis d’aller vers la mer ionienne et la mer Tyrrhénienne, ainsi que pousser jusqu’à Reggio de Calabria.

Mis días en Vibo Valentia van a quedar por siempre guardados en mi corazón. Un lugar único con un entorno bello y tranquilo al mismo tiempo, de todos modos, tenes todos los servicios necesarios cerca y accesibles a pie. Dejando a un lado el factor emocional que esta ciudad tiene para mi, puedo afirmar con seguridad que este alojamiento fue el mejor Airbnb en el cual me he alojado. Amplio, espacioso, bien ubicado, buena ubicación, bien equipado, buen baño, pero por sobre todas las cosas, jamás he visto un nivel de atención similar. Nos proporcionaron botellas de agua agua, algunos dulces y pequeños detalles que muestran a simple vista lo valioso que es el lugar y también, la alta calidad de las personas que la habitan. Muchas gracias por todo.

This apartment was perfect! Very spacious, nice bathrooms and can NOT beat the views! Just gorgeous! We felt right at home. Giorgio was very helpful with all of our needs and inquiries.. would love to return!

l'alloggio ha soddisfatto i miei requisiti: a piedi in spiaggia (4 minuti in piano a piedi), spiaggia pubblica sabbiosa e poco affollata (molto lunga e larga, ultime due di luglio con zone "deserte", anche se ci sono 2/3 lidi), mare bello (acqua tiepida e pulita come a tropea o a zambrone) parcheggio comodo (di fianco all'appartamento), letti comodi e spazio esterno per lasciare le cose del mare. comunicazione ottima con il proprietario. rapporto qualità/prezzo (visto i prezzi del preriodo) ragionevole. migliorabile? come in molti casi, un pò di attenzione al mobilio e alle attrezzature (stoviglie..) renderebbe l'ambiente più curato e funzionale. Unica pecca, eventualmente, è che alla seconda camera si accede passando dalla prima.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

This is a totally life changing trip - it’s the most exceptionally beautiful place either of us have ever been and our hosts were beyond kind, responsive and accommodating. The best people, the best place. The views and terraces were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The beach is stunning and the local food incredible - we loved cooking in the little kitchen which is perfectly formed. In short, we’re in love with the place! We’ll be booking our next stay this week for as long as we can manage!! Thank you Antonia and Philip!

Wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Der Weg zum Strand und auch wieder zurück enthält viele Treppen und Steigungen. Die Lage ist trotzdem toll und das Haus ruhig gelegen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

This must be the best location in all of Tropea for the VIEW!! It’s simply breathtaking and there is a very large terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine. The apartment is nice, clean, and as described. Adriano is an excellent host and communicates very well. 100% recommend!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

L'appartamento è grande con una ampia terrazza con una vista bellissima. Spiaggia di Riacci si aggiunge in 15min a piedi. Antonio, l'host, è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung mitgeteilt eher basic ausgestattet. Das große Plus dieser Unterkunft ist durch die Lage in dem malerischen Ort, die weitläufige Terrasse mit großzügigem Blick aufs Meer sowie dem eigenen Charme der Wohnung begründet. Fiammetta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Durch ihre vorhandene Ortskenntnis und auf die damit verbundenen Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände konnten wir uns blind verlassen und haben die 14 Tage in Briatico und Umgebung genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein wollen. Alles in allem und besonders für Menschen die eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltagsleben wünschen eine perfekte Option Kalabrien pur zu erleben.

Antoinette kindly picked us from the train station and offered to take us back up our leaving. The space is very large for a studio and the outdoor space is an added bonus. It is a quiet neighbourhood about halfway from railway station and town. Antoinette had quick response time. It can a little noisy from next door unit but was very quiet after 11:00. Would return to this property if the chance arose.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

A great location really close to the centre with restaurants and the beach , but in a quiet street at the same time. The flat is the same as it described and showed on pictures.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Die Wegbeschreibung von Anna war sehr gut, trotzdem mussten wir ein bisschen suchen, um das richtige Haus zu finden - das lag aber nicht an der Gastgeberin, sondern an uns und an der etwas verwirrenden Benennung der Straßen in diesem Teil von Pizzo. Die Wohnung ist groß, war sehr sauber und genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Und die Aussicht aufs Meer von den beiden Terrassen ist schlicht priceless. Wer einmal gesehen hat, wie sich der Stromboli vor der untergehenden Abendsonne abzeichnet und dabei kleine Rauchwölkchen ausstößt, der vergisst das nicht mehr. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war schnell, zuverlässig und professionell. Wir hatten zwei wirklich tolle Wochen in Annas Wohnung in Pizzo. Und vielleicht wären diese zwei Wochen noch ein bisschen toller gewesen, wenn es für die große Terrasse ein oder zwei Sonnenliegen gegeben hätte - aber das ist auch der einzige, wirklich winzige Kritikpunkt. Deswegen: Vielen Dank, Anna. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. :)

We had a lovely stay at Anna Maria’s place! She was a really friendly host and directly replied when I had questions for the check-in. The apartment was beautiful and right in the city center so restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets were all in walking-distance. Everything was as depicted on Airbnb and all instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely chose her as a host again!

On oublie très vite les quelques marches car les vues sur le Stromboli au soleil couchant… ou même levant pour le petit déjeuner, cela reste inoubliable ! Sans oublier les montagnes et Tropea illuminée le soir. C’est l’atout majeur avec la gentillesse de Maurice et de sa femme qui sont d’une grande discrétion et pourtant très présents pour nous guider ! Par ailleurs l’appartement est comme sur les photos, calme et dans le centre, avec toutes les commodités à pied. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !

La proprietaria Olga molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento nuovo e pulito in una zona molto tranquilla di Briatico, cosa molto importante il parcheggio interno con cancello automatico. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e comodo, letti, cucina, condizionatori (2), Tv ecc... Unica piccola pecca personale i due bagni comunicanti, divisi soltanto da una mezza parete, di cui uno senza finestra. Per il resto CONSIGLIATISSIMA!.
