Parguera : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Mornings were peaceful and afternoons were a vibe while beach goes blasted music and shared the beach. Everyone was respectful. With all the amenities at the house you really don’t have to leave. Kids loved paddle boarding and kayaking to the island not to far. The kitchen is stocked with seasons and they everything you need to cook or make a smoothie. Super market 3 min drive away and a few restaurants walking distance away from oysters to lechon.

¡Una joya en Cabo Rojo! Nos hospedamos en este apartamento hermoso con una vista simplemente espectacular. Desde todo el apartamento podíamos ver el mar —un azul intenso que parecía sacado de una postal. De verdad, una vista de un millón de dólares. El lugar está decorado con un gusto precioso, lleno de detalles con temática playera que lo hacen sentir acogedor y especial. Estaba súper surtido con todo lo necesario: platos, utensilios, toallas… . Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, cómodo y pensado el descanso. Perfecto para parejas que buscan relajarse. Grisel estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que todo estuviera bien, y nos dejó instrucciones súper claras y detalladas. Eso hizo que todo fluyera desde el primer momento. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes buenísimos. Pudimos descansar, relajarnos y disfrutar en un lugar hermoso. Le damos cinco estrellas —¡y si pudiéramos darle más, lo haríamos! Sin duda, vamos a volver

¡Simplemente espectacular! Nos quedamos encantados con este lugar rodeado de naturaleza. La belleza del entorno es increíble y hay muchas actividades para disfrutar. José fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Pasamos un fin de semana inolvidable y definitivamente volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado!

This apartment was easily one of the best properties we have stayed in. Rarely the pictures match the reality so well. The view as you come in was always amazing. Great value, would definitely stay here again. Our older friends who were visiting the island for the first time we're impressed.

Beautiful house and location. The house is very spacious, especially for a big family. It has great amenities. Overall, the house was a great place to stay. Wilmer was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this house! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—we spent every morning and evening enjoying it. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like beach chairs, a cooler, and towels, which made our beach trips even better. The amenities were top-notch, and the house felt like a home away from home. The only small challenge was the manual gate that required opening and closing when entering or exiting onto a busy road, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Everything else was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying g in the area.

A beautiful house. Very well decorated and comfy. It’s a public beach and the locals are very friendly. The ocean is pristine & clear blue. At night you can see the stars in the second floor Terrace. Great for couples and for family/friends to stay. You can take a 5 minutes to a mini market that has reasonable price.

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

This is our 2nd time staying at Nelson’s Place & it did not disappoint! The Location/House is beautiful & absolutely worth the price. Nelson was quick to respond & help us with whatever we needed. Our only suggestion would be to maybe put a screen on the sliders going in to the house because of how many flies kept going in 😩 Other than that, we had the best time & will definitely be back again soon.

Sam was a great host and super responsive. The air mattress didn’t work but Sam was right there with an extra. The location is so beautiful and close to a lot of great restaurants and a grocery store (next to the gas station). We can’t wait to come back!

We’ve stayed in short term rentals for many, many years and our stay here ranks in the top two. Not just because the home is spectacular with its own beach and every amenity but also because the host is an exceptional example of what Airbnb must wish every host is like. We felt like family rather than guests. We even felt protected like family when the area got a Tsunami warning and Carlos maintained constantly vigilant throughout the night until the all clear was sounded. Between the beauty of Cabo Rojo and the beauty of Carlos we could not be happier.

Mi familia y yo lo pasamos espectacular, un lugar donde nunca te aburres, tiene mucho entretenimiento para todas las edades, canchas para jugar volley, basket, tenis, bicicletas, checkers gigante, mesa de pin pon, billar, BBQ, piscina, aire en todas sus habitaciones, 3 baños en los apartamentos y 2 afuera, juegos de mesa,lugar estaba super limpio, área bastante amplia para estacionarse, en fin todo espectacular para ir con un familión y pasarlo super. Esperamos volver 😉 😍

A real gem on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Perfect for our 4some. This penthouse is a great place to explore the Cabo Rojo and surrounding areas. Still local and not touristy at all. Private beach and pool area are great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary’s beachfront apartment in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and it was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning — you can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the soft sandy beach just steps away. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, but also close enough to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Mary was an exceptional host, always responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and plenty of towels. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it!!! 😁

The condo was wonderful. Laraine and Harry let us into the parking lot then showed us around, giving us a complete tour of our unit. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. It was well-equipped. The only suggestions for improvement are to supply microwave-safe plates instead of plastic and storage containers for leftovers.

Exactly what I was looking for, peaceful little getaway for a few days to reset and recharge. The beach is right there, glorious sunrises and sunsets. Heriberto was always responding and proactive. Hopefully will return soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachside gem in Cabo Rojo! The place was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the waves was absolutely magical. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and everything was well maintained and super clean. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Hope to come back soon!

Jose's place was a great home base for exploring and enjoying Cabo Rojo. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the deck overlooking the sea, and appreciated their guidebook and restaurant and beach recommendations. A great Airbnb experience on our vacation!
