We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

I’m very pleased to stay at Iryna’s place. The place is at a very centric location, most of the touristic places are at the walking distance and the house is surrounded by many nice restaurants and bistros. House itself was quite clean, warm and exactly like described in the page. A few words about Iryna.. She is one of the best hosts I have ever seen. She is so friendly, supportive and responsive. Thanks to her recommandation list, I’ve been in many fancy restaurants and spend very good time in Paris. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definetly stay Iryna’s place if I visit Paris again.

We loved staying in Jay’s place. Jay was a great host. One of the best I ever had! The location of the apartment was super. Extremely walkable. The apartment itself is a rare find in such a historic location in Paris. It was extremely spacious and very private. The apartment was just as pictured and very clean. Oscar was very friendly and helpful. We truly loved our stay there. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

This was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I spent 5 nights here and we loved how for a great price we got two rooms, two balconies, a great shower, washing machine (no dryer machine, however, just heated drying racks) the building was lovely and had a brand new elevator that took us right upstairs, and the space was decorated in a way that made us feel at home in Paris! Samuel was a communicative and friendly host who welcomed us into his home very nicely. The location is wonderful, Montmarte is so beautiful and the place is just a walk away from so many things to do. The building is old, however, so there were a bunch of noises at times but that didn’t really matter to us. We’d certainly come back!

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect for our family! We loved staying in the 16th & enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The views were the best in Paris! We loved being on the Seine River and seeing the prefect, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower! We used all of the balconies. Helene was a great host. She provided details on both arrival and departure. We enjoyed her hospitality with leaving us some stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone! We have already referred some friends to stay here! Thank you Helene!

Nous avons fêté Noël en famille chez Christophe et c’était très agréable . L’appartement est bien conçu pour 6 personnes , face au métro aérien mais bien insonorisé . Christophe, que nous n’avons pas rencontré, est très arrangeant et réponds très vite . Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures avant notre départ .

I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Elodie was an amazing host! We loved our stay. Waking up to the beautiful views and ending our evening watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle was breathtaking. Elodie's apartment made my trip of lifetime unforgettable and I will cherish the memories forever. A must stay. Alberto was a great communicator and gave us excellent recommendations on how to make the best of the neighbourhood and our visit to Paris. The apartment was exactly as described and included little extra touches to make us feel welcome. I would be happy to book with Alberto again!

Fred was extremely lovely by staying up late to let us in as our train was delayed. The apartment was bigger than we thought it would be! perfect- well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. lovely seating area with lots of space for central paris. great local area with lots of restaurants and bakeries. we loved this stay and will definitely return . a great find and fred was so helpful and friendly 😊

This is a gem! I rarely say this in my reviews, but Karim and Sonia were excellent hosts. Their home is fit for kids to enjoy the time you spend “in” while in Paris. Super close to the train station, you have a butcher shop and pastry shop close. Groceries if needed. We felt at home, the home is distributed wonderfully. Close to the train station, takes you pretty much everywhere you could want to visit within the hour. We hope to visit again some day.

Easy location if you want to take the train into Paris. Clean and comfortable private unit in the backyard of the main house. Yasmine and her husband were lovely and very helpful and kind. Great stay

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Super séjour ! Logement confortable et bien situé, dans un quartier agréable avec commerces et transports à proximité. Je recommande vivement !

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Logement très bien placé, à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à environ 20 à 30 minutes des différents sites touristiques. Le logement est très sécurisé avec plusieurs digicodes. Stéphanie est une hôte très agréable, très réactive à nos différentes demandes. Je recommande vivement

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!
