Paris : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Matthieu's loft is beautiful, lots of natural light and no vis a vis, modern and tastefully decorated. I travelled with my teenage daughter and she slept on the mezzanine, thus having her privacy. The neighbourhood is more for locals, the restaurants around (very good!) had very few tourists, sometimes only my daughter and me 😂 Matthieu is soooooo kind and attentive, he gave us a lot of good advice. The title of his airbnb biography: a stranger is a friend you haven't met. Matthieu you have new friends in Switzerland. And we will definitely come back to this beautiful loft!!!!😊

We had a wonderful stay. The studio flat is in a great location- a quiet street and you walk a few minutes and you’ve got everything on your doorstep. Fantastic bakery, supermarket and great restaurants. the proximity to the canal makes it a very special neighbourhood. The flat is very cozy and decorated with thoughtful vintage furniture. Silvain was always reachable and the most wonderful host. He made sure we had the best stay. We can highly recommend this place. Merci beaucoup ✨

Our little group had a lovely stay at the loft. Easily accessible, private location with great proximity to great restaurants and the metro. Canal St. Martin is idyllic and very walkable. The loft is charming and has great amenities. The floors do creak as some of the other reviews state but for an older building with this much character that is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome for our group. Some of the rooms are smaller than we expected so that is something to note although it didn’t affect our stay. We had a very lovely time and would absolutely rent the space again.

Catherine’s flat was perfect for our stay- roomy, central to so many places, close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and markets right down the street. Catherine was incredibly generous and friendly; she was very responsive during the booking process all the way through check out. Can’t say enough about our stay at her apartment- highly recommend!

The location of Gilian's apartment was great -- close to the sites, shopping, good restaurants and bars, etc. The space was small, but we had sufficient room for three people. Gilian sent over a list of recommendations and was responsive when we had any questions or needed clarification.

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

This is a gem! I rarely say this in my reviews, but Karim and Sonia were excellent hosts. Their home is fit for kids to enjoy the time you spend “in” while in Paris. Super close to the train station, you have a butcher shop and pastry shop close. Groceries if needed. We felt at home, the home is distributed wonderfully. Close to the train station, takes you pretty much everywhere you could want to visit within the hour. We hope to visit again some day.

I absolutely LOVED my stay. I went on a solo trip, I felt very safe and the location is just perfect. There are loads of shops, cafes and restaurants literally just outside the door and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of beautiful Paris. If you're vegan - there's a fully vegan patisserie only 5 minutes away! also a vegan shop / cafe nearby. the apartment is stunning - very relaxing and perfect for a couple / solo traveller. obviously the sauna and jacuzzi really make the place special! I was allowed to drop my bags off earlier than check in time, which was super helpful. all communication was quick, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at this apartment, I can't wait to go back again!!!!!! 🥰

Richard was the most incredible super host I have ever dealt with, and his loft in Paris was my favorite of any place I have stayed! The loft is a 15 min walk to Notre Dame or Louvre, but is nestled in a wonderful non-touristy neighborhood with locals and amazing restaurants. The loft is very quiet, within a building and past a courtyard. Beautifully appointed with artwork, 2 separate beds (door closes for one) so lots of privacy. And the common area is spacious and relaxing after a long day of walking the city. Roomy bathroom with shower (and washing machine!). A sizeable kitchen if you feel like cooking, but also large refrigerator for all your yummy leftovers. Richard communicated great pre-trip, personally met us upon arrival & showed us around the local area, sharing history and great recommendations. During our 2 week stay, if we ever needed him, he would respond within an hour. And he personally ensured we got to 2 different train stations when departing Paris. Incredible!

We had a great stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location within walking distance of the metro station. It was especially handy with a baby stroller since it was on the ground floor. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The second-floor bedroom was a bit lower than expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a pleasant experience—would definitely recommend.

Christophe e Caroline sono stati fantastici: purtroppo abbiamo avuto numerosi problemi con i nostri voli di arrivo a Parigi e loro sono stati disponibili, flessibili, comprensivi e accoglienti, oltre ogni aspettativa! Noi avevamo organizzato una riunione fra sorelle, dopo diverso tempo di distanza e la casa così luminosa, accogliente e piena di personalità è stato un elemento protagonista delle nostre giornate. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con ogni possibile utensile o elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. Per finire, elemento non marginale, è assolutamente silenziosa, ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. E' una casa fantastica, la consiglio caldamente!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique Paris loft! Being on the ground floor made arrival easy, and the location was super convenient with Metro stations nearby. The space is small but very well designed, with lots of charm and character from its past life as a workshop. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful—they stocked the fridge with water, spreads, and condiments, and even left a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend and me, which was such a sweet surprise. On our last day, they even offered us a late checkout without us asking. Overall, it was a cozy, memorable place to stay with hosts who genuinely care. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this spot. It’s pretty easy to get to the city, you can rather walk to the station or take the bus that picks you up right in front of the home. Lovely open concept kitchen and Dennis is friendly and helpful and caring, if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask him. Be mindful that you’re sharing the space so be respectful of others and note that there are people coming and going from the common areas but everyone is very respectful and kind. I would stay here again.

J’ai vécu une agréable expérience dans le bel appartement d’artiste d’Ekos. C’est chaleureux, propre et paisible. La chambre est sympathique. La localisation du logement est bien, le métro est à quelques minutes. Vous trouverez des supérettes à proximité. J’ai aussi passé de bons moments à parler avec l’hôte qui d’ailleurs, est bourré de talents. Ses œuvres sont incroyables. J’ai aimé apprendre de nouvelles choses. Elle est très réactive aux messages.
