The best ABnB I’ve ever stayed at. This place is AMAZING. It blew away my high expectations. Colton was a very good host! He was extremely responsive with all my questions and very accommodating with early check in. I was there with 10 guys total for my bachelor party. It had plenty of room so everybody got their own bed. It was the perfect “ski chalet” for our time at Park City, visiting Homestead Crater, snowmobiling at Wasatch excursions, and Tubing at Soldier Hollow. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. In the evenings we relaxed in the hot tub, played pool and ping pong, and listened to music on the sound system. The kitchen had tons of appliances for cooking and plenty of silverware/mugs/plates/bowls etc. checkin/checkout instructions were simple and easy. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thank you Colton for making my bachelor party unforgettable!

Wonderful house with lots of character, clean and well-maintained. Fully appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, equidistant to both town lift and the resort base. Tons of places to sleep. Town very walkable.

This was a great place. we were staying here for a four week stay for its access to Alta for skiing and it worked out great. At one point we had my wife and I and two kids and we were skiing and working from home and there was plenty of space with four bedrooms two baths three living rooms and a large well equipped kitchen. In other words you would expect the space to work for multiple people to work and play in an area known for its outdoor activities. I also spent time on my own there and it also worked well with two bedrooms (small but empty). We were thirty minutes from Alta staying in a very nice neighborhood with good access to all our needs. the place was clean and well maintained and had access to a very good yard (which we did not use because of our focus on skiing). I would be happy to rent here again.

Allison is a fantastic host and if we can we will rent from her again in the future. The house is conveniently located and getting to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude was a breeze.

Gregory's place was a quiet, cozy, little hide away, nestled into a great central location, close to downtown and UoU. We loved the balcony with its view of the mountains. With all the necessary amenities, we cooked in each evening and ate out there under the pagoda. My daughter loved it so much she wanted to move in permanently.

Todd’s place is amazing! Everything is as described and super clean. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and pantry items - you only need to bring in groceries to cook yourself and family a good meal. The unit is easily accessible from the driveway. No stairs or anything. There is ski storage right outside the unit. Drive to Alta/Snowbird is an easy 20min. Todd is very responsive and addressed our minor issues very quickly. Last but not least, being equipped with washer/dryer is a huge plus for a ski trip.

The place was in a beautiful area at the bottom of the mountain with quick access to the highway. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. Every amenity is provided for (from ziplock bags to a washer/dryer); highly recommend.

These accomodations in Draper, UT are excellent and exactly as described. The unit was very clean and attractively equipped, arranged, and furnished, especially for comfort or convenience. Rebecca and Bill were prompt to answer questions and were helpful to meet our special request during our stay. We had a wonderful week site seeing and spending time with our family. We would definitely stay here again if we are blessed to visit the SLC area again. Ruth

This was a perfect location for a ski trip for 4 men. Location is fantastic close to ski areas and to town. Plenty of room and a super comfortable family for relaxing at the end of the day!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Great stay! Wonderful apartment. Excellent amenities like hot tub was wonderful for after skiing. building had a coffee room and exercise room/gym. Secured underground parking for your car. Ashley was very responsive, understanding, and a lovely host. Grocery store, restaurants, and bars were nearby.

Great place to stay and Bradley (and his team) were great communicators! The whole place was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. They've gone thru great lengths to combat the highway and possible neighboring unit noise. This didn't bother us but you can tell they've thought of everything to help people feel comfortable. The amenities of the complex were great! It was definitely a selling point for us and we utilized them all! Some might be overwhelmed trying to find this place, the amount of steps needed to get around anywhere is a lot. You can't go anywhere without that key-fob! It would be nice to have 2 fobs available although they may not be able to accommodate that. (For example, one person can't use the hot tub while another person uses the fitness area.) Putting the address into Google sent us 10min further south on the freeway, then we put in the name of the complex and got there. No fault of the host, but that could be helpful in sharing with other guests.

Beautiful location and beautiful home. The house looked just like the photos. The layout of the space is great and everything was in perfect working order. You really couldn’t ask for more. The surrounding area is so quiet, calming, beautiful and private and yet it is so close to the highway and right down the street from anything that you would want to do in the area. My group and I all loved staying at this cozy space and Mark was a very responsive host and made us feel right at home. Next time I come back to Park City I will certainly make my way back to Marks Happy Place. Thank you Mark!

Leron was a great host. His condo was extremely walkable and centrally located on Main Street. The space is perfect for a couple or small family. He communicated very well, and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo. Very spacious and perfectly situated so conveniently across from the Cabriolet lift into the Park City skiing area! Great kitchen with absolutely any sort of equipment you would want. Hot showers! Would be delighted to stay there again!

Great spot in canyon village near lifts and restaurants. Walkable location, easy parking. The condo itself is clean, big for 2 of us and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day. Sarah was very kind and provided useful information for things to do around us. Would recommend staying here!

Great location. Just a short walk to the middle of main Street. You must to be able to ski a tricky blue to get back to the condo. it's not easy so beware if you're a novice skier.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and skied Solitude & Brighton. We absolutely loved the place. Check in instructions were very clear and Ben was extremely responsive. We appreciated all the recommendations and tips provided prior to arrival. I 100% recommend this place, and would love to come back!

Great place and accommodating host. Location is extremely convenient with restaurants and the free shuttle stop just a couple minutes away — we were able to enjoy our entire ski trip without a car. Melanie was also responsive and accommodating with some special requests, would look to come back next ski season!
