Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

We had such a wonderful stay here over the weekend. The space is absolutely beautiful—calming, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. My whole family really needed a little time away, and this place was the perfect retreat. Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described (if not better!). We felt instantly at home and left feeling recharged and grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, comfortable escape.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

We loved our stay at Russ’s cabin! The location in Fairplay was great, we were not far off the main road but it still felt peaceful and remote. The surroundings were beautiful and the place had nice cabin decor. We particularly loved the hot tub and having coffee on the deck upstairs. Russ was super helpful and responsive with all our questions. Definitely recommend!

This charming ranch cabin has outstanding views and rustic decor. A highlight is the hot tub, which is easily accessible and has fantastic views. Other highlights include woodburning stoves and a tree net. It is highly recommended as a charming getaway with great views. Michael was extremely communicative and supportive. I appreciated the dog-friendliness of the cabin.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cabin! Views are excellent, especially the early sunrises we woke up to see, and the hot tub was wonderful for early spring. We would definitely come back to this peaceful oasis in Fairplay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Mountain Escape Anna’s home was everything we hoped for! It was immaculate, cozy, and stocked with everything—from a fully equipped kitchen to high-quality soaps and shampoos. The garage was a huge plus for keeping our car out of the snow. The sunrises from the patio were breathtaking, and the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the day. The location is peaceful yet close enough to Fairplay and Breckenridge for day trips. Anna is an exceptional host, providing a great guidebook with local recommendations and being super responsive. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-stocked, and relaxing getaway, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

This is our second time staying in this location and we love it. Everything in the home is as described and convenient to every detail. Brooke communicates well and responds in a timely manner. We can’t wait until next year.

Perfect location for those who want to visit Breckenridge but also want the quiet and privacy of a cabin off the grid

Our family had a wonderful time! Cozy and beautiful cabin only a short drive to Breckinridge. We felt right at home!

Wonderful place. It’s a little distance (30mins) from Breckenridge if you’re skiing, but a gorgeous drive. It’s close to Como , which is historically fascinating and interesting. It was peaceful on the property and quiet. Pretty sure we saw a female grey wolf!! We also saw a moose! The hot tub was so very relaxing and really took away our aches and pains after skiing. They have spices and syrup for pancakes, which the kids were happy to see because I’d forgotten . It’s a beautiful place and we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful place! Jesse was great communicating all the details coming and going. Great amenities and beautiful space to enjoy some quality family time. Close to great skiing and downtown Breckenridge. Would highly recommend this place and I’m sure we’ll be back!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the cabin. We thought that it was very clean, had a-lot to offer, and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this property! The cabin was so cozy yet had everything we needed. The community it is in, feels like a small alpine village with lots of snow banks nestled in the mountains. But also offering a community pool and hot tub as well as community events. Close to the Nordic center/golf course as well as downtown Breckenridge and the lifts.

I can't say enough about what a great experience Scott and Christine provided for my family with their gracious hosting and beautiful cabin. There was nothing lacking - and plenty of extras - in both the service and the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Book with confidence - this is truly a top-notch host. This place was amazing! Such a small hidden gem that truly makes you feel one with nature. From the clear starry nights in the Hot tub, to the windy nights which the fire place came very handy this place was a great little home. The location was great for us & Fairplay had some great places for drinks and food. We hope to be back again!

Very cute cozy cabin perfect for a small getaway. Deer were in the yard daily very close to the cabin.

Awesome place! Hot tub was amazing & private. Place is very spacious and each room feels like it has its own space. Great for big groups! About a 15 min drive to downtown Breckenridge and had all the amenities listed.

This is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for something in nature with great access to nearby skiing. It’s quaint but works as a nice home base.

We actually had to cancel the day of due to a family emergency. We never made it to Jared’s cabin. However, I am writing this review to let everyone know how amazing Jared was in dealing with our issue. He was extremely fast in responding to me and went above and beyond in making sure I got a full refund even when the listing said no refund. I’m sure Jared’s cabin is as wonderful as his listing and looking forward to reserving it in the future. But I’m here to let everyone know that Jared is a standup guy and dealing with him was a pleasure even in the middle of a difficult situation. Thank you, Jared!

This was easily one of the nicest, coziest and most thoughtful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Megan was so responsive to all of our questions and even made sure to have the driveway plowed the day we left for our flight so we could have a safe trip down the mountain. On top of that, the Airbnb is located in such a beautiful nook of Conifer. I’ve never seen anything like it! The place was so clean and there were so many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - truly our home away from home. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
