Words can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING time we had at the River Island House. This was a wonderful escape from city life and a much deserved break from the work world. The house was perfect and comfortably fit all six adults (plus dogs). The picturesque river is the most beautiful part of this serine location. The river served as a backdrop for our family pictures and the sound is also very soothing. We come from the flatlands of Kansas, so being surrounded by mountains is always breathtaking. One afternoon was spent with local residents at Carter’s Camp (Nye,Montana). We had great conversation, ate wonderful food, drank ice cold beer and lost a few dollars in the small casino. We also had the opportunity to meet Ken (the man who built Island River House). It was a great way to learn some interesting history on where we were staying. The kitchen is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the fireplaces add so much warmth to the space. This 60th birthday trip was definitely

This house is gorgeous. The images don't do it justice. We had a wonderful time at the Brick House in Livingston. The house was right next to downtown and just a short drive to Bozeman. The house was very clean with comfortable common spaces and beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having 3 full bathrooms made mornings so much easier (the master bathroom was so spacious and I loved the double shower head). The fireplace created a great environment for getting warm during the cool nights after being out in the cold during the day and I spent my mornings relaxing with a book in the library. The layout of the house was great. We instantly felt right at home. We would love to stay again.

Patrik and Sarah’s place blew us away! You won’t get any better views anywhere! Just unbelievably breathtaking! It is right at the entrance to Yellowstone and the cute town is right outside the front door. Waking up each morning and having coffee while looking at the Yellowstone river and mountains was such a treat! We will definitely book again when we return!

This property was wonderful. It was just as described and very clean and comfortable. Any time I had the simplest of questions, the host always replied quickly. The kitchen had everything you could need/want which was good as we did a lot of cooking. They had blow dryer, iron and laundry which was all very helpful. There were games and puzzles in the closet and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hot tub was a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee or end of the day unwind. It’s of high quality and very clean. They change the water between guests which is a nice practice. The scenery is outstanding and a great place for visits to Yellowstone. Livingston is a cool artsy town with lots of restaurant choices. I have stayed a lot of places and this one is on the top of my list

Beautiful property and very close/walkable to Bridger Bowl. The host informed us in advance but highly recommend a 4WD vehicle since the slope is very steep and will be hard to maneuver with snow. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group. The sauna is a really nice touch and it worked really well after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen had all the supplies that our group needed and we had a great time in the house. Additionally, the house heat was excellent and it was very clean.

This is our second year in a row staying at this house, and it continues to be the perfect fit for our family! The home is incredibly well-stocked, making us feel completely at ease with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The house itself is stunning, and the neighborhood creates such a welcoming, homey atmosphere. The views and scenery are absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub in the backyard was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. We absolutely loved our stay and can't recommend this house enough!

Felt right at home—comfortable, easy to find what was needed in the kitchen, well stocked and with all the conveniences (washer and dryer, great book selection). Temperature was easily adjusted and bed was good.

Apartment was great! In town for a few days of skiing. Great location, modern amenities, very clean. Will definitely choose again!

The place is exactly as described and with very straightforward check-in instructions. The wifi is very fast and location was great. It was within walking distance downtown where all the nice shops and cafes are, but far enough that the noise from evening events (there were lots of college parties when we were there) didn't disturb us during sleep hours. I would stay again

Nice condo. Close to I-90 and Yellowstone. Clean, comfortable. Two flights of stairs to get in. Stairwells not clean, but condo was. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked if going to cook in. Right next to a grocery store. I received clear directions on how to get in and where to park. Place was quiet. Did not hear noise from other units.

A great location for those visiting Yellowstone. The grocery store is just across the street. Hosts were responsive to the challenge we had with the lock and reported they updated the software to the keypad and there is no more issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. It was perfect for us as we toured the university and the Bozeman area. We loved being walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! There was some downtown traffic noise but we had read about that and knew what to expect. Carla was very accommodating with us when we decided to stay an extra day! It was the perfect spot for us! Thank you so much!

The place was great, and we enjoyed being able to walk down Main Street to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, and getting in the building was easy as well. The building was clean and mostly quiet outside of some car traffic outside, and certain large trucks going by would shake the building to a degree.

Location is fully walkable to all of downtown, library, trails, food, shopping. Amy is an awesome host, responsive and communicative. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and a great base camp to deploy from. We’ll stay again on a future visit. Thank you Amy and Tim!

Great location above my favorite restaurant in town. Great view of the park as well.
