I had an excellent stay at John's place and I'd absolutely recommend it. Everything matched the photos and description - it was comfortable, warm, cozy, and situated in a very beautiful setting. I was in the area to attend a track meet and visit Penn State, and the cottage was the perfect location for that. John was friendly, quick to respond to my questions, and gave me a great tip on a local brewery where we spent Super Bowl Sunday celebrating my birthday!

We rented Mark's place as we were visiting our daughter who lives about 20 minutes away. We were able to host them for a night and had a wonderful dinner. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed and bath linens were very nice. Wood burning stove very easy to figure out and warmed the place up quickly. A great rental!

We loved Matthew and Chelsea’s home so much we stayed twice in less than a week! While we only needed a place to stay while driving through it would be a wonderful spot to spend more time and explore the beautiful nature around. It is very easy to get to off of the I-80 if you need a quick stop but we hope to return for longer the next time. Chelsea is super helpful, great communication and goes the extra mile leaving a light on after dark and salting the sidewalk in the winter. Superstar hosts for sure!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing spot! The house was super clean and everything you would need was provided. We plan on staying again next time we go to a Penn State game!

This is a nice location for visiting family members attending Penn State. It's an easy 15 minute drive to campus and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beds are comfortable and everything in the home worked properly for us.

The vineyard was beautiful. We loved the stream in the backyard of the property. The outside area is quite relaxing. We loved the fireplaces and cozy vibe

My family and I traveled to PA to visit my husband's family (which we do every year). Corinna's place was the perfect place for us as it was centrally located between all of his relatives homes. The home was spacious enough that we all had our own separate spaces to relax after visiting with family all day but plenty of space to gather as family at the end of the day. Every area was clean, adequately stocked, and set up to make the most of the space. This home is conveniently located to just about anything you could possibly want to see, purchase or do. Before leaving Corrina's place my husband and I had already started planning our return... and we fully plan to see if we can stay at Corrina's place again!

It is always a pleasure to stay at Rowan’s place, she makes it feel just like home. The fresh cream and delicious scones are just the topping. Such a great host.

A great stay for a family! Was a great spot for a big group. Kitchen has great amount of pots, pans, dishes. One note — the backyard area is not fenced in, and while neighbors are friendly, there is a lot of free roam space so keep an eye on dogs and kids. Very comfortable space for a family to spend time together.

The perfect place for a large group! The bedrooms are big, the kitchen wonderfully stocked, plenty of room for everyone to socialize. We were there for a wedding and had the bride and groom and family in and out throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful and we were wishing it was summer and not February! We got to spend a day outside playing cornhole and enjoying the area! Just a few minutes from restaurants and breweries and a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue it was the perfect location! Brooks was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely go there again if the need arises!

Helen’s home was just as pictured and very comfortable. We felt at home and appreciated the extra attention to details and amenities. We will definitely be back!

Went for labor day weekend- it was so beautiful and secluded, quiet peaceful I would say. The pool was amazing , great for the kids. Barbara is very responsive and answers any questions you may have. Charles is a delight with good conversations. Great hospitality from both of them 😊 Make sure to bring everything you might need since the place is secluded and not too close from many stores. I would definitely come back to Barbara’s. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location! Quick bike ride via the trail to little league World Series stadium and restaurants and shops. It was nice to park and leave the car at the rental and avoid the traffic in town. Very clean, everything as described. Very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely stay again!

Vanessa and George were such amazing hosts! They responded so quickly every time I reached out and were more than accommodating. We were a group of people coming into town for the PSU football game and this stay was in a perfect location and worked out beautifully for our group. We even got to use the hot tub after a long day of tailgating. I highly recommend staying here! The grounds are beautiful! We’ll be back for sure.

Anna’s place was clean and cozy. The pictures accurately describe the home, and the check in was very smooth. Although this home is in a neighborhood, the area is quiet and peaceful. We stayed here to go to an attraction in Harrisburg, and this was the perfect distance to keep us out of the city but still conveniently located to necessities!

I was extremely pleased with the accommodations. Coming from Florida and the weather being 18 degrees in Port Matilda I was concerned that it might be cold in the airbnb. But when I arrived Leah had the place nice and warm. It was a beautiful location. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit Penn State. It was just 15 mins away. It was so convenient and easy to get to from anywhere in State College. Thank you Leah

This is by far one of the best AirBnB’s. I have ever stayed at. Super close to campus and were provided a couple of bottles of wine and sticky buns plus the house was stacked with eggs, bacon, milk and all kinds of food supplies. It was a great place for our families and the kids really enjoyed being able to play video games and pool. We would absolutely stay here again!

We've stayed at Whitetail Cottage on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Bathrooms are always spotless. Bed linens are comfy. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, utencils, and small appliances - making it easy to cook for a couple or a large group. I appreciate the spices and condiments - it's nice not having to remember to bring every little ingredient. There is a nice yard in the back and on the side of the house for both humans and animals to enjoy. This house is comfortable and clean. We'll keep coming back as long as they'll let us!

Had an awesome birthday in the woods with friends here. 10/10 would recommend!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at Will's place. The cabin was great! It was comfortable and large. It was fun to look at each room in depth to explore the historical value. This was the first time we have ever brought a pet with us (we recently adopted a rescue pup) and the cabin was perfect for traveling with a pet. Jenny was very comfortable and Will even provided dog bowls and a few toys. We are so appreciative of all the amenities and the chance to spend a few nights at Will's Cabin. We would love to come back when we have more time to explore the area.

The place is nice and is as described. Kathy is very responsive. Check in and check out is the easiest I have ever had. Would definitely rent from Kathy again.

Great cabin nestled in the mountainous woods at the top of a hill. Nice winter views of the mountains. Lots of beds in the upstairs loft, comfortable bedding, and a well stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed the place. There is not heat/air conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, so we had to sleep with bedroom doors open to capture heat from the living area, but it was 7 degrees Fahrenheit when we were there, so that might only be a problem during extreme temperatures. Don't let that scare you away though, everything else about the place was terrifiic!
