We rented Marlene’s place for a week to host people visiting a friend in the hospital. The place was perfect, with plenty of sleeping room for our crew and a wonderful fully stocked kitchen to make cooking together easy and enjoyable. It was too cold to use the bbq, but what a wonderful patio she has - if I visit again in spring or summer I certainly would enjoy the spacious backyard and beautiful well furnished deck. Everything about this place was right for our group - the neighborhood is quiet but close to services, the beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. I would choose this place again on my next trip to Yonkers.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

This was our group's second stay at this house. I was very happy to see it was available, I wanted to stay here again. . We came up last year for an event in Sleepy Hollow one day and went to NYC the next. This year same routine for us. The location of this house is right in the middle and has easy access to I-95. Quiet neighbourhood. Last year we took the train, which is just a few minutes down the road, into NYC and that worked great. The house is very clean and everything works. WiFi was great. We cooked and baked in the kitchen and all the utensils were clean. All appliances worked fine. This year's stay was just as impressive as that last. I appreciate a clean house, spacious bedrooms and great communication from the host. We are already talking about returning again next year and this house will be my first choice.

Our stay was outstanding—one of the best we've ever had. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with well-maintained utensils. Manuel was exceptionally attentive and quick to address the few requests that arose during our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the wonders of this beautiful city.

Loved the house! Host left snacks for us on the welcome table. Every room had extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. Plenty of towels of all sizes. House had lots of room and was comfortable for us all.

Lovely stay in a wonderful home in a prime location. Mark and Erin were super responsive and helpful hosts, providing recommendations on restaurants, places to explore and parking. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. I would definitely stay here again!

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

Emmanuel and Yeny’s place was exactly as pictured. Very clean! Spotless with very nice modern decore. They paid attention to detail and even left snacks and some wine for us! The apartment was clean and comfortable. As advertised the ceilings are low for anyone over 6 ft but this place is beautiful. Loved having my own spot in the driveway as the street parking is for residents only. This is close to American Dream Mall and NYC is about 20 minutes away. Places to dine and shop are all close by. The hosts Yeny and Emmanuel were responsive and extremely friendly. Great hosts! We will definitely come back and in the area.

Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

Elsayed was an amazing host! Our group recently stayed here during a cold front and we were struggling to turn the heat up in our bedrooms. Elsayed responded immediately and when he could not fix the problem, went out and got us space heaters for each bedroom. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Easy public transportation to NYC.

Our stay at Brooke’s was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was impeccable, exactly like the photos. If you’re into cozy eccentric aesthetics this is the perfect bnb for you, it’s filled with amazing furniture and knick knacks. We spent so much time looking at everything, as if it was a museum. Aside from the house being beautiful and up to par, Brooke was extremely friendly and attentive. Was also understanding when we requested a later check out and allowed us to do so with out hassle. Thank you so much Brooke , your house was perfect for our getaway, if we ever find ourselves in Jersey, we hope to book with you again !!

Jean was the perfect host - responsive at all times . We needed some extra bedding and it was provided immediately . The area is wonderful - lots of restaurants on the street infront ( Washington ) we travelled from the UK and found the transport links from Hoboken excellent . The PATH train direct into 33rd st - empire state & Macy’s area , and the boat over to World Trade area - superb ! Highly recommend this Airbnb - Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean Lots of towels , toiletries & coffee provided ! Thank you 🇺🇸

Candy & will’s place was excellent for a weekend getaway for me and my partner, very comfortable and felt like being at home. I left my watch and they went above and beyond to help me find it and keep it safe until i was able to return and get it. Thanks so much again for everything and loved the place will definitely return

Wonderful location with lots of good local spots and easy access to Manhattan Island. Very clean place and the host was very responsive whenever we had a question/needed anything. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay!

Joe’s apartment was new, clean and had everything we needed for a weekend in NJ & NYC. Not fancy, but it didn’t claim to be. Some reviews commented on the neighborhood. It’s a new building with secure in building parking. I took walks around the neighborhood in mornings, evenings and late at night and always felt safe. It is an older neighborhood, in at least its third transition, as newer buildings are starting to replace some of the older homes and pre WW2 apartment buildings. Similar to what you would see in many of the now up and coming neighborhoods in NYC. (Such as Hells Kitchen) The apartment was quiet, clean, neat and up to date. The neighbors were quiet before 10 pm. Give it a shot. It’s an excellent value.
