Great place to stay and John was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful view out the back.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

The accommodations were spectacular, and Nicole was a wonderful host who thought of everything. Her explanations for how to use a code for the various locks and how to access the parking were perfect, and we were very grateful that she allowed us to check in early and get more sleep following a 6 a.m. flight. We didn't know much about Muskegon — were in town for a wedding — but we found the location of the condo to be excellent, with a great coffee shop downstairs and several restaurants just a short walk away.

Super cute space. We are also very conscious of our environmental footprint and appreciated the attention to this. I was not anticipating the steep stairs for the second floor unit - plenty of guiderails and light but not easy to carry more than one object/bag at a time. The bedding was very comfy and decor was cozy.

really nice apartment. much quieter than I expected. loved seeing everyone walking their dogs around the grounds. the hike from the car to the apartment was something to plan for but we got through it.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

The house was very nice and exactly as described. The patio was nice and the outdoor griddle was clean and ready to use. The hosts have outdoors cameras that they monitor during your stay.

We stayed at this home after having to cancel another Airbnb booking due to mold in that home upon arrival. We were without a place to stay and anxious about finding one so late in the evening. We are SO glad we had that rough start because this home ended up being perfect for our weekend with family. The home had plenty of sleeping arrangement options. All beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. But the kitchen was the best part for our family - it was spacious and well equipped. I was able to make a full Christmas dinner comfortably. This place is perfect for larger gatherings. Great neighborhood, and beautiful surroundings. We hope to stay again at this gem of a rental!

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay ! The home was very clean and they provided snacks and beverages for us. The hot tub was very relaxing and the beds were super comfortable !

This house was perfect for us while we visited our nephew at Western Michigan University. The house was adorable. We loved the fenced in yard and everything was spotless and very homey and cozy. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit the university. Kim was especially helpful at making sure that we got in OK and even let us know about events that were going on in the area!

We stayed at Mike and Ashleigh’s property during a family visit, and it was a great “landing spot” for a couple of days. We had plenty of space, the neighborhood is quiet even though it’s facing a main road…and Mike and Ashleigh were quick to respond to questions. The little “welcome” messages were simple, but MUCH appreciated and the house legitimately has one of the softest area rugs we’ve ever felt! Definitely a great option if you want to be close to GR without staying downtown!

Jennifer’s place was centrally located, less than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. This is definitely a busy neighborhood, which didn’t bother us at all but others might want a white noise machine for sleep. The house was very well stocked with the essentials and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s place. She is super responsive and it is beautifully appointed with the perfect combo of cozy and chic. We love to cook and she had great recipe books and all tools along with starter ingredients to whip up delicious meals. The land surrounding the property is well maintained and offers plenty for play and relaxation. We will definitely return and look forward to exploring the area in warmer seasons.

This was our family's third visit staying here. close to everything

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Thank you for the nice stay. Everything was in order and clean.

Great condo in Douglas. Centrally located with everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Steve was a great host!

Brenden’s place was perfect for our Saugatuck girls weekend. There were three of us and we each had our own room. The location can’t be beat! There are fantastic restaurants that you can walk to in minutes and a little coffee/breakfast shop practically right outside the door. Brenden was a great host—he actually called me before our stay to welcome us, and offered early check-in. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the condo for a few days! Great location. Quiet area but a quick drive to shops and the beach

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a few nights!

The condo is exactly as described and has everything needed to enjoy the time there. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area again.
