Stunning and wide tree lined Street facing reserve

The best thing about this hole is the location. Absolutely beautiful area, walkability is great just around the lovely streets with pathways, local shops or to the lake. A longer walk or short drive to things like the embassies, Weston park and cafes, sailing club for the best fish and chips in Canberra! The house is original but very clean and comfortable. Seriously comfy beds and linen! Huge backyard for your dog as this place being pet friendly was why we chose it. Fully functioning laundry and kitchen, just original in its build but didn’t bother us at all. Lovely view up to the tree tops lying down in the late afternoon.

This would probably be one of the best AirBnB's I've stayed at in over 10 years I have been doing this. Simply because it ticks all the boxes for accessibility, location, comfort, made to feel like home, everything works, everything is supplied and Carly is an amazing host who really takes care of all the detail and little things to make you feel appreciated. Excellent choice and I will be returning as much as a can.

Happy with our stay! The apartment was as described and matched the photos. It felt really clean and modern and felt lovely to be in. The building itself was also lovely and felt safe and clean. Handy to the mall and supermarket across the road. Didn’t seem to be much else around but we had a car so could travel easily. And the apartment included a car park. Very pleased and would recommend :-)

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The place was clean and very welcoming with ample space for two couples. The amenities were apot on but greatest feature was the location. Easy walking to restaurants and other necessities with a great view over the lake especially as we watched Skyfire 2025. Top it off with an excellent host and we definitely recommend staying here.

I love this place! Post-travel, it’s like walking into a proper home. How many airbnbs have measuring cups and spoons, and knives that actually cut, so you can cook rather than just make do? And sinking into bed here after a long day is always such a treat. Thanks again, Maria!

Jessica's place was just as described in airbnb. Beautiful, clean and with lots of kitchen appliances. finding a parking spot was bit difficult as there was lots of left and right turns but Jessica was one call away. We absolutely enjoyed our night. and will return back in future. Thank you Jess.

Cath was so friendly and so helpful . If you’re after a little getaway it’s perfect. The chickens and roosters are beautiful but if you’re a light sleeper the rooster may not be your best friend early in the morning 😅 but easy to pop on some meditation music and go back to sleep! Very nice to escape from the hustle and bustle! Very grateful for how generous and long Cath was. X

Sylvia was an exceptional host throughout the whole stay. Right from the reservation stage through to checkout I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication was fantastic and Sylvia was very accommodating and generous. The property was exactly as described, fully equipped, and extremely clean. We were only in Canberra for a short time but if/when we return we will definitely be staying with Sylvia again.

Miriam was very helpful and flexible with our request - greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and comfortably slept 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. Living space was small though for 6 people to sit and relax/watch TV etc. Lovely quiet location, and great walk around the lake just moments from the house. Enjoyed our stay!
