Cozy and private. The hot tub was great and Josh and Sam were great hosts.

It was such a chill and cozy spot. The only hiccup we had was with the neighbors. There were five of us just hanging out in the hot tub, chatting and laughing, with the music on at a VERY reasonable volume on a SATURDAY night. Apparently, that was too loud for them, and they even threatened to call the cops! But honestly, the staff handled it great, and it didn’t put a damper on our weekend at all. Besides that, everything went smoothly, and I really enjoyed my time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and into town. Nicole frequently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we made many meals there. We look forward to returning!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and private and the hot tub was a relaxing addition. Had everything we needed and the welcome basket was useful! We both really loved being surrounded by nature and hearing the birds and creek. Would recommend a capable vehicle as the driveway is not paved and is quite steep in some spots!

This independent dwelling is in a resort community with multiple small houses on small land. The location beside a beautiful park is good. We did a day trip to Tofino; the driving is long. Though we never met Judy, she provided everything which is required and there is a well-stocked kitchen for cooking dinner. I recommend unconditionally.

This was an incredible space for our family to spend time together during the holidays. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach with incredible views! We saw seals each time we visited the beach. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved having enough bedrooms for each of our children to have their own space and the common spaces were large and comfortable for everyone as well. Loved it!

Deb and Hugh’s guesthouse was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the layout with the bedrooms, laundry and access to the hot tub downstairs and the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, and had other kitchen essentials like plastic wrap and parchment paper. The beds were super comfortable, with lots of linens and even bathrobes for the hot tub. There was even a bike locking station and wash outside, definitely nice touches. We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay - and hope to be back!

Amazing place to be for a relaxing weekend. I would definitely stay again! Beautiful scenery, many nature walks & hikes nearby, and lots of amenities. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. There was a small issue with the heating but he was very responsive and did his best to solve the problem. The cottage had everything you need to cook a family meal and a fire that heats up the whole living space. Overall it was a lovely cottage to spend a long weekend.

Jon was flexible with our situation, we are locals to the street and had to do a restoration at our house. Worked with our budget and welcomed our dog! The house was perfect for our 2.5 month stay. Well stocked kitchen, cozy towels and ample space. Beds are a little hard for our liking but we made it work. Thanks again Jon! Would suggest to anyone needing long term and would be great for short term as well.

Christi and Jason's carriage house was the perfect getaway. It had all the necessary amenities and more. Only a 5 minute walk down to the main hub/water where there are great restaurants, local shops, coffee and ice cream. The view from the patio was amazing and it was very quiet and private. I highly recommend their place to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Gibsons. Especially if you're bringing your pup!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Don’s peaceful cabin. The surroundings are absolutely serene, in all seasons, and the cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer months! The hosts are responsive and very kind. Highly recommend.

Louise's cottage is so sweet and warm and inviting. She had so many thoughtful touches and amenities like battery operated candles everywhere, tons of pillows and throw blankets, and fresh local milk. It was a tough strange to have to go through a bedroom to the bathroom but we never had any issues with it. It was a very private and homey space with everything we needed and more :).

We had a great time staying in Julia's lovely island getaway, so much so that we extended our stay by a few days last minute. The home is spacious and has a great open layout with natural light that made it a joy to relax in through the rainy winter days. A perfect oasis of calm with everything you need; comfortable beds, great kitchen, and of course that amazing bathtub to relax in! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Julia!

We had an amazing stay in this Airbnb ! One of the best we have ever had. Everything mentioned was available, and even more. We felt very well treated and the place was very clean. The view, the beautiful bedrooms, the bathtub and the space altogether were just incredible. We will visit again for sure and we 200% recommend this Airbnb !

Julie was a great host, would definitely stay again! We actually did a same day booking because our original Airbnb had to cancel and we were so grateful Julie was able to make it work on such short notice. The place is super cozy and has beautiful views right on the lake. Would love to come back in the summer for another girls trip! Highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful, clean and our son enjoyed the loft bedroom. The grounds were well kept with private parking and we felt right at home. We would be happy to come and visit again on our next trip!

This was our first time staying at Cozy Cottage but not our first time staying in the Welcome Woods/Sargeant Bay area. From the minute we walked into the cottage we knew we’d made a good choice! Cozy Cottage is quiet and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, perfect for two people who like to make their own meals. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach at Sargeant Bay and, from there, there is access to many forest trails. The neighbourhood store is also nearby, about a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back!

Gail’s cottage was an incredibly warm and welcoming place to stay. She is thoughtful about every part of the cottage with lovely decor, comfortable bedding, and a very clean space. The incredible beach was just a short walk away. She was so friendly and responsive to all my questions, I can’t wait to come back!

An amazing, well equipped cabin overlooking a pristine lake. The cabin is central to the island making it ideal to stay at while exploring Salt Spring! We were able to cook a full meal thanks to the thoughtful stocked kitchen and amenities! Ashley was a delight to communicate and even before we left we agreed we'd return someday.

I had the most incredible weekend at this beautiful cabin on St. Mary’s Lake! The space was absolutely magical—peaceful, rejuvenating, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the stunning lake views to the cozy, well-equipped amenities, every detail made our stay extra special. Spending the weekend here with my three friends was an unforgettable experience. We felt so relaxed and at home, and the surroundings made it easy to unwind and reconnect. The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a serene escape on Salt Spring Island, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so grateful for this stay and already looking forward to returning!

Beautiful stay for our family! The guest house makes you feel right at home & was incredibly clean. The nature surroundings make for a peaceful & relaxing visit. 100% reccomend and would stay again.

My family had a great stay at Louise’s cottage. Easy to find and really lovely layout. The kids were excited to sleep in the loft bedroom on the second level and I was pleased there was a door to the bedroom to keep noise out in the evenings! The other two bedrooms on the main level are very comfortable and far apart from each other. There’s a small backyard off the deck, a rustic bridge over a stream and then Little Trib beach. We had a blast going to and from easily during our stay and knew ahead of time that the beach is considered “clothing optional” but Louise was kind enough to add this detail into our checking in information among some other helpful facts. We didn’t have any issues while we were in the cabin and felt all the details were thought of including everything you’d need to start a fire in the wood stove. We would absolutely stay again!
