I love how accessible the Airbnb is. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the river market just down the street. I really enjoyed this spot for how clean and welcoming it felt walking into the Airbnb. I hope to come back to this place and visit my friends again in the future.

Everything about Savanna’s space is 5⭐️! Savanna is an amazing host. She was always quick to respond. The space is better than we expected. It is spacious and open. The beds are soooo comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The best part is the location. You’re in walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and only a short walk/drive to tons of attractions! We look forward to staying here again!!!

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

Christine was remarkably responsive when we had questions or issues. The unit is cozy and well appointed. It felt like a nice HOME. This was our first real road trip with our young children and it was the perfect place for us. Peaceful, spacious, and full of any supplies needed. The three bedrooms gave us a lot of flexibility for where we put them. We put the kiddos and their pack-and-plays in the darkest room, which may have had the biggest bed, so my wife and shared a bed that might have been slightly small for us, but that's on us. Nevertheless, Kansas City has a lot of family friendly activities and we would count ourselves lucky if we were able to rent from Christine again.

Great area, perfect spot downtown and clean apartment!

The experience was exactly what I needed and was located within walking distance to restaurants, her cafe, and a local wine shop. The cafe was the highlight with fresh from scratch items, high quality tea and espresso, and fresh squeezed juices. Planning on rebooking in the future.

Located in an industrial park with beautiful rooftop deck from master. Unit was beautiful with wood floors and antiques. Mcdonalds, kfc/taco bell, taco place, and gas station within walking distance. 6-8 minute drive from downtown KC. If you have issues with stairs, then this may not be the place for you, as there is a set of stairs that you must walk up and down in order to enter the unit. Kitchen/bathroom was well stocked. Excellent laundry area and both bedrooms had a nice sitting area attached to each bedroom. Chris was very responsive and I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at Nichole’s place and it was exactly as described. A clean and comfy home away from home. Check in was a breeze. Any questions we had Nichole answered promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Super easy check in. Home was spotless and very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable…so much so we checked the brand to consider buying. Furnished basement with entertainment area provided added space for visitors or bigger families. The best part of this home is the location to downtown parkville. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, the park and dog park in minutes. This is definitely one of the best Air B&B experiences we’ve had. We have family in Parkville and will definitely book to stay here again!

Holly's place is set up great for a family or large group with many amenities for children and sleeping arrangements! There is a little play space on the top floor that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood does feel a bit unsafe at times with the neighboring house being boarded up and people sleeping on the porch. We didn't have any issues with them and felt they were harmless but might be something to think about when considering booking.

We only stayed one night but it was so comfy and cozy!! Loved the little coffee shop down the road and I would definitely book again!

Patrick's place was well appointed, very quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot shower, comfy beds, and cleanliness of the place. it was very relaxing and the host was very responsive and communicative to ensure we had a nice, enjoyable stay. The house is in an older, established neighborhood and is updated to modern standards with an easy to use with an efficient heating and air conditioning system. The location provides easy access to the Gem Theatre and is an easy drive to the Country Club Plaza where shopping and eateries abound. We highly recommend Patrick's house for a good night's sleep and comfortable stay.

Great place. We loved our stay

This was just as advertised, Jantina was a great host and the house fit great for our group. Jantina even reached out to wish our group good luck with our tournament. I just wish the weather would have cooperated better so we could have enjoyed the back patio and yard. The propane fire pit was a hit though! Thank you for the great stay!

Our family all met in KC to celebrate Christmas. The house we originally booked 6 months ago had a plumbing issue and we couldn’t stay there. We had to scramble to find a place for 6 people for 3 nights during Christmas and it was 6:00pm. This place saved the day. The owner quickly responded to our reservation request and we were walking in the door 30 minutes later. It was comfortable for 6 of us and we were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt safe walking and running in the area. Made for a great Christmas celebration with our family. Definitely recommend.

Omg, the place was amazing. Booked for my fiancé for out of home work purpose. The condo was very & modern. This condo came with everything you’ll need and more.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

Very nice stay. My only complaint was that the hallways were dark and there was strong odor of marijuana. The smell did not invade the apt.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

My stay there was peaceful asf. I loved the area/neighborhood it was located in. I felt secure and safe. It’s very quiet and dog friendly. The bed was super cozy. I loved that it was a tv in the room as well along with the washer/dryer. The stand up shower was the cherry on top. It was nice and clean, had enough towels and wash cloths. Highly recommend. 10/10

Awesome place within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and the streetcar. Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is beautiful and huge. Beds super comfortable, too. Highly recommend!
