Parme : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

L'alloggio di Matteo è una splendida casa con una posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, perfetta per amanti del trekking e per chi ama i percorsi con una gravel. La casa è una signora casa, con tutto il necessario per stare bene sia d'inverno che d'estate. Matteo ci ha lasciato legna già pronta all'uso per il camino, la vera chicca della casa, che se vieni dalla città è una vera coccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima, c'è anche una lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un frigo capiente, oltre all'acqua buonissima da bere. Sala molto ampia e con camino e tavolo grande anche per più persone, divano comodo e capiente. Al piano di sopra ci sono le due camere da letto e un bagno ben organizzato e molto ampio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per Capodanno ma sicuramente d'estate si può godere del fuori, che offre zone all'ombra e verde tutto intorno. Disponibili in casa mappe della zona con i percorsi CAI, host consigliatissimo, torneremo di certo per camminare estive sui laghi.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We spent a perfect days in Raffaella 's apartment. Easiest self check-in, great location for travelling around Emilia-Romagna with train or bus, everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, very helpful and friendly host! And absolutely safe for solo travelers too. 100% recommended! Thanks for the great stay

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crémone. Il faisait froid et humide dehors mais très bon dans l'appartement. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement. Ce dernier est bien propre et idéalement situé : il donne sur une cour très calme. Il n'y a aucun bruit. On peut se garer gratuitement à proximité. On rejoint le centre ville à pied en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région. Merci Pietro!

Flor was a great host and always responded quickly to questions before we arrived and once we were there. The apartment was neat and clean with the advertised amenities. The smart TV was linked to at least 1 streaming service. My only negative was that the apartment was slightly cold and I didn’t know how to change the central heating. Most people would probably find the temperature correct. There were air-cons to help with the heating.

I stayed for a weekend in Alberto’s place for a business trip. He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station which was very nice. He also informed me about a train strike and sent me info to ensure my trip wouldn’t be disrupted. He was a great host and I appreciate his help 🙏 The apartment is great. Very clean and spacious. It has a nice view for the balcony and a very comfortable bed. The grocery store is about 10 minutes walk and the Reggio Emilia station is about 15-20 minutes walk. So it’s very convenient as a base for the region. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Chiara è stata un'ospite gentilissima, attenta e pronta. Una comunicazione perfetta, con una persona squisita! In stanze 'speciali', con alti soffitti affrescati: non capita spesso di soggiornare in posti così. Malgrado il brevissimo soggiorno, chiara è sempre stata disponibile e proattiva. Un posto, e i suoi dintorni, da rivisitare con calma.

Wow, what an absolutely wonderful apartment and host. Maria Rosa embodies what an Airbnb host should be. She has the art of hospitality perfected. Her apartment is beautiful, amazingly well equipped and just feels like a home away from home, in every sense. We loved Modena as a base for exploring the local car museums and Bologna too. The old town of Modena is beautiful and very enjoyable to explore. Grazie mille, Maria Rosa! We hope to see you again.

Maria is my favorite host in more than 10 years of using online vacation rentals. She’s kind, thoughtful, responsive, and extremely generous with how she sets up the apartment for guests (better than how I stock my kitche). You will not be disappointed; in fact, you’ll like you have a new family member in Parma.

Super Aufenthalt in einer tollen, modernen und geräumigen Wohnung mit toller, großer Terrasse im 5.OG mit Ausblick. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Vincenzo hat uns nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100 % und würden wieder buchen. Ein besonderes Plus ist die Leselampe im Wohnbereich. Vielen Dank für alles.

Il soggiorno anche se breve è stato molto piacevole e l’alloggio perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Giovanna molto gentile e disponibile.

L'alloggio di Niccolò corrispondeva alle foto, l'impatto entrando è stato molto positivo, tutto era estremamente pulito e profumato! Le varie zone della casa sono molto comode e funzionali, si vede che sono state progettate con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato la scelta dei cuscini di varie altezze e consistenze. Il divano letto l'ho trovato molto comodo così come il materasso del letto. La zona è tranquillissima e gli infissi nuovi garantiscono un silenzio perfetto. Un apprezzamento voglio farlo per la tempestività e la cortesia con la quale Niccolò e Giovanna hanno gestito una piccola problematica di accesso al box, peraltro dovuta a un malfunzionamento temporaneo del meccanismo non dipendente da loro. Consiglio l'alloggio di Niccolò a chi cerca comodità, pulizia e relax! 👍

Francesco's place is a great base in Parma. He has taken the time to add thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable. He met us and helped us get settled and checked in. The place is a moderate walk from the city center, or an easy bus ride. There are plenty of good restaurants and a large grocery store nearby.

This accommodation corresponded exactly to the description, it was nice.

Die Unterkunft von Assunta und Ivan ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Sie haben dieses Haus zu zweit aus Holz, Stroh und Lehm gebaut, wirklich beeindruckend. Es ist sehr ruhig und großzügig, ich habe mich dort sehr gut erholt. Es gibt kein Internet und keinen Fernseher, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die beiden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei diskret. Ich durfte mitkommen in die Pizzeria ihres Sohnes, die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahrzehnten gegessen habe. Zum Yoga sind wir auch einmal zusammen gegangen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Im Normalfall braucht man ein Auto.

Ottimo monolocale in contesto tranquillo, pulito e comodo per il Policlinico e non troppo lontano dal centro di Modena. Buona la comunicazione con l'host che è stato flessibile sull'orario di check-in. Consigliato

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Great central location to explore Italys food valley. Florence ,Bologna, Modena, Milan is easily accessible . The apartment is located minutes from the train station. Very clean and full of life. Lara was a wonderful host.
