Pros: Great comfortable beds, clean pool, very quiet, large rooms, Private, clean home and kitchen, window screens on many windows and AC works! We truly loved this place. Only negatives were no instructions for how to use and empty the water from the clothes dryer and the trash can liners are very small for the size of the can. Upholstered Furniture in living room and sitting area off the kitchen could use refreshing-upholstery is well worn. Dining tables were great!

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

We had a three night stay at Malina's house and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the main Mission Bay bars and restaurants. Malina and Rod were both highly responsive and provided suggestions and also helped rescue us by lending us two international adapters for our devices. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Modern and clean and the standout has to be the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Our kids spent every afternoon in the pool area and loved it all. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Mission Bay area.

Loved the house and the swimming pool. Plenty of space in the house and the beds were comfortable . Three bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us staying in the house, 2 were en-suites. Plenty of on-street parking and also had parking on the property. Short drive to the beach at Brown's Bay . Would be very happy to stay at this property again.

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

Our family enjoyed such a lovely holiday in this lovely little oasis. The home was bright and clean and airy, and the pool and patio area were sparkling, quiet and relaxing. Our family of four stayed at many beautiful places during our month-long holiday in New Zealand, but we all agreed that Lisa's lovely home was our favorite. If we ever have the opportunity again in the future, we will definitely chose to stay at Lisa's home again!

We loved this space! I visited Auckland with a few friends and needed a larger space close to restaurants. This property was perfect for that purpose; modern and fun and the hot tube is a great amenity. We loved it! Very close to lots of great restaurants.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here in this wonderful home. Everything from the space, to location to the cleanliness was great. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces offer a haven to relax and unwind. and with easy access to the motorway, beach and local restaurants it’s a perfect place to stay. The space also caters well to large groups which is a bonus and to top it off Grant is an exceptional host. Would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Helena for hosting us! The home is surrounded by very beautiful nature and peaceful stay. We love how we could easily do our remote work there with a very comfortable work chair and fast internet speed! The cows are also a joy to watch them trying to eat the leaves from the trees 😄

Our family group of three couples found this stunning Westgate home perfect. The layout worked extremely well for us. Location was perfect and would have loved to have stayed longer. We give this home a 5 star rating.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Auckland! Tanya was so sweet, kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The check in was easy and detailed, ensuring a smooth arrival. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see, and Tanya even shared some fantastic restaurant recommendations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers made mornings much easier for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night’s sleep. Tanya also kindly offered to store our luggages for us to accommodate our needs, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay and highly recommend this place!

What a gem. This is by far the best AirBnB experience we have had. It is like staying in a five star hotel but in a secluded, beautiful part of the world. The house is stunning and the location is amazing. Our first day had a bit of rain and it was so nice being able to relax in the incredible space that Nikau Estate provides. The rest of the stay had perfect weather and we made use of the pool and outdoor areas. The communication was terrific and the whole experience was 5 star. We had our 2 kids and their spouses and a newborn. The house was perfect and we had bedrooms to spare. We stay in alot of top hotels and we had honestly burnt out a bit on holiday rentals due mainly to overly "optimistic" photos, and onerous departure/cleaning requirements. Well not so with Nikau Estates. Very simple cleanup for the kitchen and an incredibly high standard of property. We will definitely be back and we thoroughly recommend.

We loved our stay - definitely my favourite Airbnb of all time! We felt at home from the moment we arrived - the house is so well equipped and really spacious. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything you could possibly need - including beautiful Long Bay beach. Naomi was an excellent host, so helpful and responsive :) Thank you!

The location was perfect as we were seeing a show at Spark arena so a short walk. Directions were easy to follow and the space was well equipped.

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Well appointed home, located a short walk to the beach in one direction and the quaint Howick Village in the other. Well hosted and clean. large space for for pets too.

Lovely, comfortable stay with plenty of room. We were a bit unsure at first because the owners live in the rear part of the house but we had all the privacy we needed, no issues and very thoughtful hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Liz's place is a jewel. Super nice and quiet area, with a small park to go running at walking distance and very close to a bus station. We had an amazing time cooking and spending time in the kitchen and back yard. Liz is super friendly and would recommend her to anyone. The house is easy to find and the instructions are very clear. Absolutely beautiful space, really loved that the place had all the things required to cook food. We had a long stay and it definitely felt like a home away from home. It's close proximity to the beach made for lovely runs in the morning. Already hoping to book again on my next trip back home with the family
