Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Craig was amazing to work with and the home was so beautiful! We will definitely be coming back to this home on our return and am looking forward to working with Craig again!

Stewart was wonderful and kind and a great host. He responded quickly and got anything I needed. The flat was absolutely breathtaking! I had my own kitchen my own little area. The bed was comfy. I asked for a fan he gave me a fan it was fabulous. The shower was hot not a lot of water pressure, but that didn’t bother me. I also was told before hand that because it was right by restaurants and bars it was loud on the weekend, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. I actually kind of liked the noise it made me feel immersed in the culture. I give it five stars and would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. We had a lovely few days at Sue’s place. We flew in from the UK super early and Sue was kind enough to let us check in early. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture was very very comfortable (perfect for the jet lag). And the bathroom was a thing of dreams. Sue was very friendly and responsive to messages but was happy to just let us crack on. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Auckland, closer to nature but still very close to the main city.

Nice neighborhood, great restaurants all in a short walk. Close to public transport to downtown and beaches. Lovely stay.

Matilda’s place was a lovely place to stay. Easy check in, great amenities and convenient location. Although there was a bit of noise from the bars nearby, it was an overall good experience.

Enjoyed the stay :-) was short and sweet but nice little getaway from the city. Thank you!

What a fabulous place beautiful garden and plenty of space . Was easy for our hairdresser and make up artists to move around and have plenty of room for all their gear. Suited us perfect to get ready and great location for my daughters wedding in the city ❤️❤️

we stayed here for one night after 62 day tour of NZ before our flight the place is very clean and tidy the beds are very comfortable 😄it has everything you need for quite night before your flight it a lot better than dingy hotel room and not much more expensive 🫰 and close to the airport it has everything going for it so don't waste your money on a little hotel room go to Lawrence place highly recommend

Amazing property in a stunning location! Karlene and Terry were wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

We found Rachel's place to be even better than what was written about it. Rachel had everything generously stocked: kitchen supplies, crockery and utensils, bathroom supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was an easy walking distance to the New World Supermarket and shops and cafes. We so enjoyed our stay at her place will look forward to staying there again, when next we visit our family. I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.
