We had a great stay at the house! Very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed!

I'm going to start by saying this was an amazing family trip, and a wonderful place to say. I will share that there were a few things that went wrong upon arrival. The two main issues were one the heaters being clogged with dust and not working, and two one of the blinds being broken which partially obstructed the view. That being said, I'm sharing this because despite us staying over Christmas/New Years, our host was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. One of our worst AirBNB nightmares is checking into a place, having issues, and then not being able to get a hold of anyone. This was not that at all. Our host was always responsive, and even came out to help us despite it being the holidays. That meant more than anything, and it's why despite a few things going wrong, we'd gladly come back again. It's an amazing property, and we felt like we were in great hands with our host. 100% recommend!

The property was exactly as described. We had a party of 10 and everyone was comfortable. They supplied an ample supply of towels & toilet paper in the restrooms. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, spices, cutlery, pots, pans anything you could think of. They even had a large crockpot. The game room was perfect for the kids that were with us, they had a ball. The deck was perfect and we sat outside each night. Our 1st night we had a little problem with the lights outside as the switches would not work. We figured it may simply be a tripped fuse, but did not know where the fuse box was. It was kind of late and I sent a message and they responded within minutes as to what to try to get the lights to work. I was directed to the fuse box and sure enough it was a tripped fuse, problem resolved. We will definitely be staying there again. Perfect for a large party and kids. The hosts were great. Easy to communicate with. The house is exactly how it is described in the listing if not better. It was very clean cozy and comfortable. My husband isn’t comfortable anywhere we go but he was here. We definitely could have stayed longer.

We loved staying here! The house was just like the photos and was extremely clean!! Our stay was over valentine’s day and the host left chocolates and flower which was just the sweetest touch! WONDERFUL STAY! :)

Overall this was a great place for a weekend getaway. We've stayed at a lot of different ABNB's in Brianhead throughout the years. I liked that this one had what seemed like new furnishings and appliances. The place was clean and everything worked and there was enough room for our family of four. The host was responsive and accommodating, so that was really nice too. My only negative comment is that if you're a light sleeper, you might get woken up by the main garage door (roll up and regular) because its right next to the unit. Both nights we were there, someone activated the garage door and slammed the person sized door at 11pm and it woke me up. My wife and kids didn't notice it though. beds were comfy.

Kim was a great host. Made sure we had all are question answered before we arrived. Very flexible on check-in time. It was great to have a wood burning stove and enjoy the warmth.

Nice, clean place. Great 1st floor unit. No elevators in the building. Parking in the garage. Close to Navajo ski lifts.

This was our 2nd stay with Donna and Doug, they're both awesome hosts. Both are warm and welcoming and go the distance to make you feel at home. I can't think of anything we would change about our stay totally satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay in Brian Head. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Brent was helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brianna’s place! The location is unbeatable—right next to Chair #8, making it incredibly convenient to pop in and out while skiing. The space was even bigger than expected, making it perfect for my husband, our two kids, and me. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!
