Magdalena was an excellent host. We had an one small issue and her maintenance man Vidal was there within 30 minutes. The house is new than San Telmo markets which is excellent to grab amazing food to eat at home and great restaurants in the area to eat. It is a little more residential than Palemo or Ricoleta but is more Buenos Aires! you get a better feel for the city and its people and the best tango place is in San Telmo. The house is large and grand and just perfectly a little faded, it exactly matches the photos, but it makes it so much what is Buenos Aires. This house is an oasis so some time taking advantage of the house is essential we had drinks on the roof terrace every night for apperitivo. The house and bedrooms with bath make this the perfect place for families or friends travelling as there is space to get away from each other. We had NYE 25 at home with a dinner in the dining room which was perfect for us. We highly recommend.

Perfect Stay in an Amazing Home! We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, with the perfect location in Palermo—one of the best districts in Buenos Aires. The neighborhood is full of great breakfast spots, wine bars, cafes, and amazing restaurants, making it the ideal place to stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. One of our favorite parts of the home was the stunning courtyard with a pool—it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. We would definitely come back!

A short level walk to Plaza Serrano and many other attractions made the location unbeatable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us including a large private deck and pool. We were very happy here.

This is one of the most magical houses you are likely to encounter. Beautiful original details inside the living room and bedrooms, lush gardens outside and an amazing roof with a view from a small pool. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. The neighborhood borders the very trendy Palermo but is in the even more hip neighborhood of Chacaritas. There are new vermouth bars sprouting up on many corners, and the fantastic Michelin steed restaurant Acido is just about 10 blocks down on Charlone. Can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Hermoso lugar!!!Tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos alli.Todo es hermoso y sumamente limpio. La piscina LO MAS!!!,la ubicación excelente. Andrea una genio total. Nos tocaron unos días de calor tremendos y gracias a la piscina y los aires acondicionados que tienen en toda la casa ni nos enteramos. La verdad no vemos la hora de volver

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Augusto was unusually responsive and helpful. He was extremely attentive, checking in to follow up with a number of things, and contacting us after checkout when a small item of ours had fallen on the floor in the bathroom and we left it behind. If I could give six stars, I would!

Não se deixe enganar pela fachada simples. Após a porta da rua você encontrará um apartamento espaçoso, bem decorado e muito aconchegante. Todos os cômodos são bem grande e arejados. Cama confortável com armário disponível para uso. Cozinha completa com o básico para cozinhar e o banheiro é um show a parte, enorme! O espaço externo é uma delícia, especialmente no verão. Um pequeno quintal com mesa e cadeiras para refeições ou um bom vinho ao ar livre. A localização é perfeita. Ótimos restaurantes e bares aos arredores além de transporte público bem fácil pra todos os cantos da cidade. O destaque mesmo fica por conta da atenção, cuidado e carinho do anfitrião. Sebastian foi presente e estava sempre em contato conosco pra saber se precisamos de algo. Adoramos nossa estadia, fez nossos dias nessa cidade mágica ainda mais especiais e com certeza ficaremos novamente hospedados nesse cantinho mágico de Palermo numa próxima visita. Todo impecable , la casa es muy cómoda y esta muy bien equipada, ideal si necesitas estadías largas. Nosotros fuimos al Movistar Arena y esta muy cerca,por lo que la ubicación es genial. María muy amable y atenta en todo momento, a pesar de que llegamos de noche. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Nicolas es muy buen anfitrión. Su casa esta en muy buena ubicación y tiene enfrente un supermercado y al lado una verduleria. Ideal si vas de compras a once o de paseo a teatros. Está cerca de todo. Los ambientes estaban muy limpios, el baño impecable, las camas son muy cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Las fotos coinciden con el lugar. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme en el lugar.

Ótimo espaço para vivenciar um bairro mais tranquilo, mas que ao mesmo tempo está próximo ao metrô que dá acesso ao centro de Baires. Passamos quase um mês na hospedagem e o Christian sempre esteve à disposição, com uma comunicação clara e rápida, pra solucionar quaisquer contratempos. Ótimo anfitrião.

Excellent place in Palermo SoHo! Quiet and safe + near a few local restaurants/convenience stores that were very useful. Easy to walk anywhere else in Palermo. Everything was as described, host was responsive and very helpful. Terrace was a huge plus! Would stay again.

Great Spot and good for a family. We traveled with my sister and three kids and used the bbq one night for a real Argentinian cook out. Also nice to have a washer when staying for a week. The garden was peaceful and so many options for food and coffee within a block. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well.
