Parque Patricios : locations de vacances

The stay was seamless and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent. It was simple to check in and out, and the apartment met all expectations for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Os 10 dias de estadia foram ótimos. O apartamento é muito gotoso e fácil localização! Indico muito andar de ônibus, pertinho do apartamento tem vários pontos que te levam a cidade toda de forma prática e rápida! Como ficamos em 6 pessoas no apartamento e cozinhamos todos os dias sugiro apenas ter pelo menos mais 2 panelas, tinha apenas uma. Sofremos um pouco para cozinhar por isso! Voltaria mais vezes crtz e indico pros amigos pois Palermo é um bairro super tranquilo de se hospedar!

El departamento es cómodo, hermoso, práctico y está ubicado en un lugar de fácil acceso a diferentes puntos de la ciudad... La comunicación con la anfitriona es facil y rápida, demuestra muy buena predisposición.. Volvería y recomendaría sin dudas! ✨

This is a nice apartment overlooking the park in the Chacarita neighborhood. It's on the 6th floor above Av Corrientes - a busy boulevard with many buses. That makes it easy to get around the city (the A line subway is nearby and lots of bus routes) and a little noisy with the windows open. It's part of the big city... The kitchen was good for cooking some meals. There was usually a nice cross breeze in the apartment. it was nice to have AC in the LR and BR when it was hot out. A nice place to stay and Janu was responsive.

Excelente departamento, tal cual lo describe Hernan. Todo muy limpio, ordenado, buenísimo internet y cómodo. Hernan es muy buen anfitrión, muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Muy claro con las instrucciones para el check-in. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y si puedo volver, volvería.

El departamento era exactamente igual a la descripción. La anfitriona fue siempre muy amable, respondió rápidamente los mensajes. Volvería nuevamente a hospedarme en el mismo departamento. Súper recomendable!

Jorge is a warm and generous host. Absolutely approachable and attentive to all our needs and questions. If you are looking for a place within walking distance of all the major sites and scenes for a reasonable price, stay here. Walk to Puerto Madero, Florida, la Boca…. San Telmo Sunday Market is literally 1/4 block down. We did not cook really, hard to find the groceries we are used to and there are so many great restaurants nearby. Try La Taverna one block over. We had a dog and he was not crazy about the street vibe but he knew he was lucky to come along to Argentina. It’s minus 20 back home.

Muy buena ubicación, puedes caminar tranquilo por la noche, cerca de todo. bonito lugar, la cocina es grande, funciona todo bien. hay mucho espacio, estuve unos dias trabajando, tiene excelente señal de internet. Ali me respondio a todas mis dudas siempre. muchas gracias
