Highly recommend this place. I always stayed at Hotels ( Huntley Santa Monica to be specific) and I paid half of price for it. I was surprised how good it was. Spent 12 days and have nothing bad to talk about it. Sure will be my new favorite place to stay in Santa Monica.

This apartment was a great location for exploring Santa Monica and beyond. Walking distance to the Pier and many restaurants and shops in between.

The place was in a perfect location on the marina. Walkable to Venice beach and very safe neighborhood. A designated parking spot was a great added touch.

Apartamento aconchegante que nos acomodou muito bem, apesar de estarmos em 5 pessoas! Paola foi gentil em permitir que deixássemos nossas malas antes do horário do check-in! Os lençóis estão um pouco velhos, necessitando serem trocados, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia! Fica muito próximo ao pier Santa Monica, bastando uma curta caminhada, com mercados, farmácia, lojas e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendamos a hospedagem!

John’s place is perfectly located for exploring Santa Monica! Loved being able to walk right out the door to run the Pacific Trail and find great restaurants within twenty minutes walking. Balcony is a nice little extra.

I enjoyed my stay at Mia’s place in so many ways! The place is situated right next to so many spots around LA. You can easily walk and explore, or grab an Uber somewhere since it is in close proximity to many well known areas. The home is very minimalist and chic. It felt welcoming and cozy, giving the feeling like you are actually living and working in LA. The area felt very safe with no disturbances occurring during my time there. It is located right next to a Main Street and I loved seeing the busy traffic during rush hour, so if you like a lively, city vibe experience, then this is for you. Mia is very responsive and is very timely in contacting you via text right before you check in to make sure everything goes smoothly. She answered questions I had within minutes of texting her. I was very comfortable staying here and it would be my go to spot if I were to ever return.

Fantastic location, beautiful area, excellent host and cute apartment. E was helpful, very responsive and an excellent host. We were in the area for the Rose Bowl and the location was close to our destination and activities. South Pasadena neighborhood is very beautiful and there are people out walking and running in the mornings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you E for making our time in Pasadena wonderful!

Perfekte Location mitten in WeHo. Schöne Cafés und zwei Supermärkte direkt in Fussweite. Der eigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz war ein riesen Pluspunkt. Das eigenes Fitnessstudio und und ein Pool im Komplex waren ebenfalls top!

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

I booked this space because I knew the area would be safe and convenient. We were in Los Angeles for only a few days to attend a sporting event. I only wish I knew how comfortable Joy’s place would be and how beautiful the location was. I would have arranged to be in LA for longer! I know for next time!

Overall great stay. Spacious apartment, free parking, all you need for short or long stay. Only thing we find misleading is that listing location is on the other side of the marina, closer to the beach.

Artavazd's place was the perfect spot for our last week visiting LA! A short walk from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand, so there are loads of eating and shopping options close-by. The kitchen is great for cooking, and the big TV and comfy couch make it a great place for staying in as well. Check-in and check-out were very easy (though self-check-in wasn't available), and Artavazd was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!
