Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay at Pamela’s house. It’s located on a quiet street off one of the main roads, a few blocks walking to the beach. Location is fantastic and there are walkable restaurants and coffee shops nearby. House was spotless, good amount of space for 3 people for a weekend. Outside, covered patio is nice in the mornings. Large TV in the living room and a kitchen. She was pretty flexible otherwise and a great host! Lots of local recommendations. Parking was easy, and there’s a bike rental place nearby. And the beach is amazing!!! Keep in mind that there is $40 fee for late checkout, including just to keep your luggage in the house for longer than 11am on day of checkout. We didn’t realize someone else was checking in that day and arrived a few minutes late, make sure you don’t do that as your luggage will end up in the outside stairwell near the garbage cans!

Enjoyed our stay- perfect size for 4 people. We loved the beach location, cute decor and comfortable furnishings, and garage parking. Neighborhoods is very quiet, which we appreciated. Great option if you are looking to be close to the beach!

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

This place was absolutely exceptional! Lots of things to do and see around the area. Inside was decorated very nicely, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and spotless. The living area was very spacious with plenty of sitting space and natural light coming in. We had a rental van and it fit perfectly inside the garage. My favorite thing about the house was the top deck! Beautiful ocean views, plenty of space to sit down to eat or mingle. Aaron had quick responses to questions we had prior to our visit, very inviting and easy to communicate with. Overall such a beautiful experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

This space was exactly what I needed for my solo meditation weekend - a short walk to the beach and strand and yet so quiet and peaceful and clean. I's also romantic and would be a wonderful place for a couple's getaway.

Lovely cozy spot in manhattan beach within walking distance to just about everything! Walking along the beach was wonderful with lots to see even if it’s just looking at all the houses. It was gloomy when we were visiting so no sunsets/sunrises in sight but was still so much fun! We loved fish bar for dinner, sloopys and ocean view cafe for breakfast/brunch and a 15 min ride to Cobis in Santa Monica was well worth it! Wish we had more time there! Jonna quickly responded and was very friendly in all communications.

We had an incredible stay at this Santa Monica house over the holidays while visiting family. The location is unbeatable—just one block from the beach and one block from Main Street, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and the ocean. The house itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five, with plenty of room to relax. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host, Summer, was exceptional—accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Having stayed at numerous Airbnbs, we can confidently say this is one of our all-time favorites. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

Shirley's house is in an great location, you can walk to the market and to an incredible bakery and ice cream shop. It was perfect for our family. And we loved her cat Rocky! He's the sweetest.

Exactly as described and shown in pictures, very quiet and peaceful. The pool is AMAZING!

Sandra was great, provided recommendations on local things, like restaurants. Great central location between sports stadiums, beaches and the airport.

Perfect stay, can’t wait to go back! Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The sauna and steam shower were incredible unexpected amenities.

Quite possibly the best home we have stayed in while away. The ocean views from the living room were fun. The home is immaculate. It has every possible amenity you could ask for. Our hosts were always available for questions and made sure to check in occasionally to ensure we had what we needed. A 10 out of 10. Wonderful experience and location.

David's home was perfect for our 5-week stay in February/March! The location was excellent: 2 short blocks from the beach, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and the grocery store! We did not need to rent a car for the majority of our stay, but rented one from the local Enterprise to take our friends hiking one weekend. The house comes with plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and even has sand toys for little ones. The rooftop has great furniture and a patio heater where we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, a Keurig, a blender, a rice cooker, etc. Whenever we had any issues, David responded within minutes, and was quick to send his handyman over to take care of a few repairs. We hope to return next year!! Our friends and family that visited on the weekends loved it too :)

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberlee's place over new years! It's a great house for a group - the beds are super comfortable, and there is lots of space to spread out. In warmer weather it would have been awesome to use the beach amenities and enjoy the yard / grill setup... it was a little chilly while we were there but that's a wonderful attribute and hard to find in LA. Neighborhood is awesome and very walkable, plus it was great and very convenient to have covered parking with the garage. Everything worked well and the home was very clean, but note it's an older house and things like bathrooms/floors/doors have not been updated. Kimberlee was super responsive about any issues or questions, and we felt right at home.

The glitter shark home was so fun. Love the decor and the beds and bedding were very comfy. We enjoyed playing the instruments and foosball. The neighborhood was perfect for walking our dogs. Great location to use as a hub for seeing all the greater LA sites. Would definitely visit again

We can’t thank Anne enough! She was so responsive and helpful and although the studio is attached to her home, we felt like we had our privacy. The most amazing location and the space was perfect and what we needed. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Hazelwood House was bliss. Aside from a few moments of panic when we had difficulty with the front entrance, everything went as expected. The home was roomy, clean, well appointed, with comfortable furniture, furnishings, and easy access to The Boy and The Bear, Whole Foods, and the Redondo Beach Pier. We had a great vacation!
