The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a great neighborhood and a suitable stay for our needs. There were some hiccups with entry due to technical issues but the host was incredibly responsive, helping us solve these issues promptly. I would add the stairs are a bit steep inside, which was fine for us but just calling it out for those with mobility issues. Overall, it's a lovely home and will definitely be staying again for our next trip to DC.

We had a wonderful experience. The air bnb was SO nice! The view was incredible on the rooftop balcony! The library was so fun to look through. Everything was so spacious and really amazing! The hosts were so responsive and even overnighted us a baby monitor bc we couldn’t find the one they advertised. Was nervous bringing a toddler with all of the steps but it was really baby friendly! 10/10 would stay here again!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

This home is clean. The complimentary muffins and wine are a nice touch. Plenty of towels and individually wrapped toiletries if you need them along with extra pillows and blankets. If you want to cook there is cookware, seasonings, and dishes. A nice patio with a fire pit, (bring your own matches). Overall a nice home. Cons: The neighborhood or side street is scary. The home sits on an unpaved road alongside some creepy homes. If arriving at night, you would definitely feel as if you want to sit in the car and look around for a few minutes before going to the door. While the patio is nice, you really can’t enjoy it unless the neighbor has there pit bulls in the home. They barked at us all the time and jumped up and high on the fence. Lastly, the beds are very low. I’m 5’10, 250 lbs, sitting/trying to get that low to the ground is too much for my liking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good place for men. I wouldn’t stay if a man wasn’t with me.

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

Thad was a fantastic host! Extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great, with loads of restaurants around Union Market. The property was exceptionally clean and had all amenities described, with thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and Capri Sun juices. We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Washington DC.

Gillian and Boe were fantastic hosts, and our stay at their place was amazing. Very comfortable for the two of us, everything was very clean, and the amenities were great. Plenty of towels, easy kitchen access, private entrance. Gillian and Boe were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The area is lovely, with a great downtown area not far and a 5 minute drive to the metro station. Highly recommended.

A perfect 5 stars! Super clean; well supplied with kitchen and bath supplies; very fast response time for any questions that may arise; very nice furnishings; walking going distance to pharmacy and groceries. We would love to come back and stay at Anne's Airbnb again.

Perfect place, perfect hosts! This is a beautiful street and apartment, close to lots of good coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Plus easy to get to the metro. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great, and the hosts have thought of every last detail of things you might need/might have forgotten. They are also extremely responsive. A lovely home base for our visit to DC.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Thomas was very helpful with all of our questions. Our first evening, I asked if there was coffee available for the next morning and was the water out of the faucet OK to drink and within an hour he left some coffee and a Brita filter outside our door. We appreciated that very much! Two major advantages to this property was (1) an excellent restaurant/coffee shop (Koma) just a half block away and (2) the bus stop at Maplewood and Flower was only a half block away from the Koma restaurant. We did not have a vehicle so we took the Metro bus to the Tacoma Metro (subway) station about 1.5 miles from the airbnb. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this property.

Absolutely amazing place, a must stay if you're in Annapolis. Couldn't be a better location - the apartment is great for short and long stays alike. Fantastic and responsive host!

The apartment was centrally located for all of our needs! We had a great time and enjoyed having drinks and bite to eat at The Little Gay Pub which is right across the street!

It’s Rodrigo who welcomed me and was very nice, helpful and engaging. The apartment was perfect and more then I expected. Very confortable, quiet and slept very well. Everything you need near by. I recommend it without an hesitation !

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

We visit DC several times a year but had never stayed in Bethesda before this visit, and we found it surprisingly pleasant and convenient. This condo was perfectly clean and comfortable and Mark was especially proactive in making sure we had no problems checking in, or out, and he got in touch several times during our stay with suggestions to make it even better. The building is in great shape, city noise was minimal, and public transportation a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.

It is difficult to top the already outstanding reviews of Sean's place. I can only repeat that the apartment is exactly what one would need to stay a night or two or perhaps make it an extended stay. It was extremely clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for exploring Washington DC or if necessary, have a quiet space for work. Sean is the perfect host with quick communication and recommendations. I commend Megan for her assistance as well. If I am ever back in Washington DC--this would be my first choice for lodging. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.
