The location is fantastic! It’s just a 1-minute walk to the ropeway, the supermarket, and the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment with everything you need for ski vacation. I would like to separately note the convenient private ski equipment locker and a sandwich maker.

The cabin is in heaven….if you are looking for an escape from city life - noise and hustle bustle - this is the place for you. View is gorgeous. You can do small hikes up the forest, to the river. Host couple are so very helpful….knowing that the place is a bit cut-off from city, they ensure to checkin constantly and provide every possible support. I recommend carrying groceries for basic cooking ; there is a small store as well nearby. Both paata and his wife were sweet to give us a day tour as well, tried to include whatever we had on list and were so patient throughout. Place is warm and clean.

تمارا انسانه رائعه والبيت مريح وجميل وهاديء ونظيف يتوفر شطاف في كل الحمامات؛ غرفه ماستر بالدور الأرضي؛ وحمام إضافي ؛ و3 غرف بالدور الأول مع صاله وحمام ؛تحتاج لسياره خاصه حتى تتنقل في المنطقه وتستمع بالأنشطة؛ المنطقه جدا هادئة لايوجد خدمات حولها سيرا بالأقدام ولكن بالسياره نعم ؛؛ سألتها عن حليب وزبدة ومربى طازجه وبيض عضوي كانت سريعة الاستجابة أرسلت لنا مربى من صنع والدتها ؛كيس الفحم متوفر للشواء ولكن طلبنا خشب استيقظنا الصباح وجدنا الحطب جاهز😊 فعلا المنزل للراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن الصخب كانت إقامتنا 3 ليالي لم نخرج منها إلا مره واحده ذهبنا لرحله في المنطقه ؛؛ اللي معهم أطفال لازم سياره خاصه لانهم بيملون من جلوس البيت ؛؛ الحديقه جميله ؛؛ يوجد سجادة صلاة وفناجين قهوه عربيه وبعض البهارات وتتقبل اي ملاحظات واقتراحات ودائما تسأل عن إذا واجهتنا اي مشاكل او ملاحظات في البيت ؛؛ الواي فاي سريع ؛ لا أعتقد اني أستطيع حجز مكان آخر غير منزل تمارا بعد كل المزايا والراحه اللي حصلت عليها ؛ قامت بدعوة أطفالي لمنزلها حتى يلعبوا مع ابنها (دايڤيد) كانت تجربه لاتنسى ؛؛ وبالتوفيق والازدهار😊

The trip was great! We celebrated New Year’s here, and it was perfect (thanks to the owner of this wonderful house). Tsotne was always in touch and answered all our questions. The house is amazing, especially the views of the mountains from every window. A few pros: - we were worried, but the house was very warm, there was hot water. - despite being close to the road, it was very quiet. people were staying in the neighboring house, but we didn’t hear any noise at all. - it has all the essentials: cookware, glasses, towels, and even toothbrushes. - the house was decorated for NY, with a small Christmas tree and sweet gifts waiting for us🤍🎄 A few cons: - cooking on the stove takes some getting used to. - the fridge is small — our New Year’s supplies didn’t all fit, so we had to store some things outside. All these cons are nothing, we’re very grateful to the owner — we’ll recommend this house and will definitely come back ourselves!🤍

I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Communication was seamless! The host was ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was fab. Quiet but close to everywhere what you are going to visit, also shops are nearby. Place is very cozy and there is everything you will need during your stay. Highly recommended

Mackenzie's place is wonderful, only 2 minutes walk to the slopes. There are a few restaurants near by, and adequate parking. The unit is actually a lock off, and has a shared door between the two units. Mackenzie was not the most responsive at times but did apologize, so perhaps something was going on. Overall would 10/10 recommend and will likely try to stay here on our next trip to Gudauri.
