I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The private room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a full bathroom. The shared spaces were cozy and clean. There were also plenty of amenities not listed, like complimentary fruits and an amenity basket, which were super helpful. The bathtub setup was so relaxing, it really helped ease my jetlag. Finding the place was a bit tricky, but the host guided us and even offered to fetch us. We rented the car for a short time, and the driver was kind and helpful. The housekeeper was lovely, and the dogs were adorable. If only I had known about the bed and breakfast option, I would have definitely availed it!

We arrived at Andrew’s place early in the morning and we are greeted by the housekeeper without any problems. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that made my family feel comfortable. Two of the bedrooms is next to street so it’s a little bit noisy. One of the bathroom is really huge but the other one has limited space that we tried to manage getting our bathroom amenities put together on top the toilet tank. What we really liked about the place is that each of the bedrooms has its own AC, the karaoke in the living room, and the fish pond on the bottom of the stairs! Extra blankets are provided as well! We enjoyed very much having to use the karaoke especially my 2 grand babies! I just wish the kitchen cabinets would be more cleaner and have more condiments especially coffee😜. Thank you!

Ate (the staff) was the most amazing thing in this place- she was very helpful and always went out of her way to assist us. The breakfast being included is great, the staff (ate) can really cook well. The only thing that I was hesitant about in this place are the cameras inside the house. I thought Airbnb houses are not allowed to have cameras inside the house. I would have been okay in the common area such as the dining room, living room but there's also a camera in one of the rooms that made us all uncomfortable.

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit, exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee and cooking supplies . The location was close to malls, restaurants and public transport. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and provided excellent assistance when we needed help. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Pamela and your House Manager. ❤️

Very accomodating host and caretaker ☺️ place felt home. Highly recommendable! We were quite hesitant to use the tub outside due to privacy reasons.

One of the best hosts and caretakers we've ever had the chance of booking with! The place itself was amazing; the villa was clean and spacious, the rooms always smelt divine, the pool was well-maintained, and the whole house was full of the owner's personality and taste in art. They had everything you might need, and if they didn't have something, the caretakers would go out of their way to produce it. Ella and Nards were very kind and accommodating— we could always knock, and they would do their best to help us or answer questions even late into the night. Also appreciated how they were always happy and smiling. The villa was great, but their warmth somehow made the experience even better, they made us feel at home right away! Would definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Amazing place, cozy & relaxing. Very clean & well maintained. Kitchen is nice & organized with complete electrical appliances , set of utensils , lots of plates & cooking wares(pans & pots) . NO insects or cockroaches. Electrical plug is placed near the kitchen appliances. Galon of distilled water for drinking is provided free. Living room is spotless white with touch of modern victorian design . There are netflix tv & Videoke . Garden is lovely . You can relax & enjoy at the jacuzzi. We had a great stay at this place. Great place to unwind with family & friends without leaving the city.

We had a great stay at Casa Cuatro. The private and serene place was able to accommodate our team's get together with lots of stories and laughter. The host, James, was lenient on our karaoke hours upon our request (with the condition of lowering the karaoke noise). To add, we love the comfortable rooms! We had a good sleep with the working ACs, clean rooms and linens. :D A tip for the other guests would be to consider bringing disposables although the place already have the plates, cups and utensils for you to enjoy more the time spent especially, for big groups as the dinnerwares might not ne enough for the maximum of 27 people. ;)

This property is an excellent choice for a family reunion! The caretaker was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for a group of 15 to 20 people, and the place was very clean. The only downside was that the videoke could only be used until 9 PM, and we had an unpleasant encounter with a neighbor. One of my VAs inadvertently parked half of their motorcycle in front of the neighbor's property while we were preparing to leave the next day, and the neighbor was quite rude about it. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this venue for a gathering

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

We stayed here overnight for my birthday and was really satisfied with the place. We were expecting to bring our own supplies, but many things were provided for. Kumpleto yung coffee bar ng coffee, sugar and creamer. May kasamang soy sauce, magic sarap, asin at paminta ang kitchen. Sa bathroom, May shampoo, conditioner and body wash (if you prefer soap for number 2's, you might want to bring your own or use the wash). Of course, personal items like toothbrush and paste, you have to bring your own. Smart Cast capable yung TV. No pool, pero May hot tub, which we loved to use. konti lng kame kaya ok lng. The host was extremely helpful going to and from the place. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by hours, for less than a quarter of the price. We left at 5pm. Worth it, IG-able, and most things are provided for. Will definitely book again next time. Just arrange your own transpo, kasi mahihirapan kayong mag-commute to and from Cogeo or Sampaloc.

We definitely loved our stay here. We loved all the furnitures and display on the place; our family pictures look amazing with those! The place was very cozy and you'll really feel at home with the ambiance. Had a bit trouble with the electricity but it went back immediately. The owner / caretaker were very accommodating with our needs and they really made sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely book again ❤️
