The Hostess Lynette was amazing and acted promptly with any issues I had. The Unit is in a good location and the pool and gym are quite nice. Also, the Unit is larger than most in the building, which made for a comfortable stay.

Jet’s place is just impeccable!!!! The grandeur of the unit is just amazing! The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops near by. The ease of checking in and checking out. We will definitely would stay at his place again. We highly recommend Jet’s place and you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time staying at Reiner's property. The place was tidy and clean. Everything we need is within our reach, local cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Definitely we would love to come back and stay at Reiner's place.

Good place in great location in BGC. The unit is clean, the 2 bedrooms are very comfortable. Only thing that can be improved is adding some bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo. Except this everything is perfect.

Thank you for hosting us and giving us extra days at your private place. We love the area and close by to everything we need. Very spacious for our little Family.

Started the year at Mars’ place. It was so comfy and the unit looked exactly like the photos. Will definitely book again :)

Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The location is very convenient, close to St. Luke’s Hospital and other nearby spots. The house is clean, cozy, and charming. We felt extra safe thanks to the security of the condo.

It’s a nice place to stay , accessible to stores restaurants walking exercises . Church is right across the building. Easy to find address by relatives friends and visitors. The place is clean . Although noticed 1 or 2 little crawlers which I don’t like maybe needs to spray or fumigate before accommodating customers. Otherwise it’s a really nice place to stay. Thanks And future May come back to this place

Stayed again in Grace’s place - second time around, and the place is just as spotless and wonderful as it was the first time around. Plus upgraded toilet which was amazing as it does everything for you! Thank you for being so responsive - Grace and kuya Bong were always just a message away and always so responsive. The space and the view, as well as the amenities were all so worth the price you pay. Definitely would come back again - probably/hopefully next year again 💕

Anne is a delight to deal with. very cool and understanding. something you don't find with other host in bgc. the space was better than expected. this loft was large for 1 person and had ample space for storage or just to move around the unit. also added attention to detail was the brick wall paper which added a nice touch

There is not enough space for me to speak about this place, so I will keep points short & detailed as much as possible below. - Cozy place - enough room for 2, maybe 3 (bedding for couch or window bench is not included, bring your own, additional cost if needed) - excellent pricing & location (4 min walk to the Holiday Inn & Robinson's mall, 6min drive to Mega Mall) - surrounded by many restaurants within walking distance, including a laundry service next door (we didn't need it thanks to the washing machine in the unit) - AC unit is strong, we found we didn't need it on all the time & at all hours of the day. - garbage disposal is so easy & convenient (similar to hotel service) I loved this place more than I expected to. The security & front desk staff are so courteous & well mannered, they give you 5 star treatment & really make the visit well worth the visit. I felt very safe here. We did not use -> stove, pots/pans, pool & gym. Overall, memorable experience!

We we're glad to stay at Ms. Glory's unit as we have to look for a place to stay at the moment coz it's been days since we got a power cut in our building. She was accommodating and responsive and helped us out even if we checked in late on that day.

The loft apartment was just what we were looking for. We wanted somewhere within walking distance of SM Megamall and this loft was just across from the Shangri-La Plaza, about a 7 minute walk from SM Megamall. As a mother and daughter traveling together, having 2 bathrooms was very useful because we could get ready at the same time. I unexpectedly had to take care of some things and my daughter was on her own...I felt safe (er) with her walking to the mall than taking a taxi. The apartment building itself was very nice and had good security. It would have been helpful if the front desk could hold luggage, however it can be arranged with Tita Rose, the contact person for the apartment. We both loved the decor of the apartment and appreciated little things like having scissors available in the kitchen to cut off tags. I didn't ask if 2 keys were available, but this would have made our stay even better.

it's nice to stay at the place, it's comfortable, we had a great stay at the place, I feel like I'm in my own house and it's clean, the host is very friendly in communication and giving instructions, it's nice to come back to stay in the next trips.

the place looks nice and well kept. we booked the place last minute, thankfully Rose and her team are very responsinve and they provided us the check-in details right away. the self check-in and out went really smooth, no hassle at all. the only concern we have was the kitchen plates and utensils because we noticed the plates were dusty and there was a cockroach inside the untensils cabinet. we opt not to use the utensils but good thing they provided a dishwashing liquid to wash the plates. other than that we had a pleasant stay. 😊

I had a wonderful stay during the typhoon Carina on Ergo's place. I will definitely be booking this place again for my next trip to Ortigas.

Very convenient

This place was absolutely amazing! We loved our stay—it truly felt like home and was exactly what we were looking for. It was so comfortable that, according to my mom (who stayed in the unit the entire time while I was taking my exams), she never felt bored. The fast WiFi, access to Netflix and YouTube, and the fully equipped kitchen—including an electric stove, pots, pans, kitchenware, and even a rice cooker—made it super convenient. What you see in the photos and descriptions is *exactly* what you get! The bathroom was spotless, well-lit, and had no unpleasant odors. It even had a mirror, a sink with hand soap, two clean towels, and was stocked with body wash and shampoo. I also got to visit the rooftop pool, and the view was absolutely stunning—so relaxing! If I ever go back in Mandaluyong again, I would not hesitate to book here again! Super worth the price. Thank you hosts and to the nice staffs there. God bless!
