Our family of seven, visiting from Pennsylvania and Ohio, had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Every detail was perfect—the beds were incredibly comfortable, the smart features and lighting made everything effortless, and the amenities were top-notch. But the true highlight of our stay was the epic pool area. The evening mood lighting created the perfect ambiance, and the lush, comfortable lounge chairs made it easy to relax and soak up the Florida lifestyle. It felt like our own private resort! With our daughter living just two miles away, this home is now our go-to spot whenever we visit. The combination of luxury, convenience, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to book again!

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

This was our second stay at Veronica’s place, and just like our first in 2023, the house not only met but exceeded our expectations. The house offered all amenities as described to build upon for our vacation. We walked in to a sparkly clean and clean smelling house that made us feel like we were the first people staying there. The location is perfectly situated with easy access to shopping for everything from groceries to Costco and Sam’s to outlet and regular malls. Despite having all this so close, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We look forward to the next time.

We had a great stay here! The pool temperature was perfect and relaxing. We felt right at home and would recommend staying here. Claudia was prompt and responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

House was perfect we spend most of the time at the pool. The house has everything we need the kitchen as full stock to make a delicious food, beds was confortable, bathroom was clean and net, house is warming and welcome with a nice decoration and finally Renata was very responsive and answered all the concerns immediately! In overall we have a very good experience and definitely recommend to everyone.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

The place is spacious, has an amazing pool, and a great kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and we were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even being about a block off of Hwy. 19. The master bathroom was pretty spectacular, with an awesome rainfall shower. It’s worth the price for the quality and location.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Wesley Chapel. It was perfect for our family and close to several restaurants as well as the outlet mall. Our son was playing ball at the Wiregrass Sports Complex and it was only a few miles away as well. The house was very nice and has lots of room to spread out. We would stay here again if we are ever back in this area!

Megan was an excellent host who made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experience. The Jon boat and Kayaks were a nice addition, as we used the boats to go fishing in the mangroves! We also had the privilege to see manatees off the dock! which our kids enjoyed. The nature on the property was exquisite, and the atmosphere was tranquil. Highly recommend staying here, don't even have to leave the property to enjoy what Florida has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was super quiet and so nice to walk through. Kimberleigh was very friendly and responsive. The instructions and descriptions were very clear and helpful.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. We took the kayak out and even got to see a glimpse of a dolphin. Would recommend this home and these hosts to anyone.

we had a great time. it was great being on a quiet street especially because we like naps. the enclosed outside patio is huge & there are plants in the enclosed patio to view while sitting outside. huge living room & the dining room sits 8. I was impressed in that the kitchen was stocked with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, some condiments, a small container with coffee in case you forgot to pack yours... Ashley is a very friendly host & accommodating. I'm very pleased. two thumbs up

Ana’s house was very well outfitted and very clean. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to a few minor issues which were resolved. Very nice house and location though there is some local road noise nearby. Fenced yard also very beneficial if you have a small pet as well. Nice home and good value.

The house was clean and provided all the extras we needed. Location was perfect for our experiences in Tarpon Springs. Maria was very easy to work with and very responsive

We took my parents on a trip for their Birthdays! They loved the house and being able to fish on the dock and sit by the water at night was so peaceful. We ate at many restaurants close by and went to a native American festival and alligator wrestling ,boat rowing races and sponge docks in the small amount of time we were there ate some great food bought some neat little gifts and caught a few little fish and some sunshine out back of our cute little vacation house!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Kevin. We hope to visit again!

Dale was an absolute gentleman I had been there with my brothers and sister because my Dad was in the hospital and passed away he made everything simple and took care of us as much as he could I will stay there again if I go back to that area definitely it was clean and comfy and no one bothered us the whole time

Wayne’s property is a gem of a place. It felt like home from home especially with all the extras that were available to us. The pool area was spacious and the pool was so refreshing and the perfect temperature. The fire pit at night was where we spent a lot of our time…bliss! Loved the decor in the property and was exactly as seen in the photos. Great location…close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants which are all within a 5-15 minute radius. Wayne was extremely responsive when we contacted him and was very quick to resolve a very minor issue. Really a perfect host…thank you! Would highly recommend Wayne’s property if you are looking for a home from home experience in Florida …Hope to return one day

Great cozy getaway! The host was very responsive and the home was clean.

Two couples (70’s) rented. There are stairs but it wasn’t an issue. The house was clean, very well stocked, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean with plenty of seating. The deck overlooking the pool and canal/bay had plenty of seating and a grill, and the views/sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for walking to great bars/restaurants/ shopping, and for our daily morning walks. The neighborhood was very peaceful. Lyndsay was very responsive and we will rent again! Loved the place!
