The place itself is astonishingly good despite the presence of mosquitos and insects (better to have off lotion) since its an open air ventilation so most of the time insects would just fly in and out. We didn't get the chance to start a bonfire tho since the wood is wet but would be nice if the caretakers set aside some dry wood for the guests to maximise the deal. Only cons here are the insects and hot humidity in the morning since ( there is no air-conditioning ) which is a must for back up during summer season. Grateful for the experience and responsiveness of our hosts.

I was super lucky to find this place which is new. It is really quiet, beautiful inside, great WiFi, and very clean inside. I travel most weeks for work and will definitely come back.

A Hidden Gem! This peaceful accommodation is perfect for everyone, including seniors and those with disabilities. stunning views without any hiking, parking right in front of the villa. The mountain view in the morning is absolutely great! I loved waking up to the sounds of birds around the pool area. There’s also a billiards table for some fun, and the property has security at night. The caretakers, especially Grace, were attentive and responsive. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus, the big smart TV was a great addition—I enjoyed watching Netflix before going to bed. Make sure to do a bonfire at night, You really get great value here! I can’t wait to return with my family. Highly recommend!

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

14 members of our family stayed here and the place was very relaxing with a beautiful view and plenty of activities to do. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The assistants there were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, it was the best experience with a good place to be with your family and friends

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.

Ingrid was responsive thru chat. Also, Ms. Wilma was easy to communicate to. The place was nice, clean room and CR. The building itself was located at the back of Venice mall and they have a back door going to the main entrance of the mall. Worth the price! 🥰

An incredible gem, so cozy that I felt right at home. I spent a week and every time I was coming back to the flat, I felt like I was really coming home. And the view... unbeatable! Breathtaking view of the city skyline from the balcony, gorgeous sunsets and also sunrise colors overlooking the nearby volcano. And Don himself is an amazing host - went out of his way to help me check in, super quick to respond and overall a genuinely nice person. Couldn't recommend his place more - and I *for sure* will look to book this again next time I'm in town!

Had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, nestled in a lively neighborhood with easy access to malls and public transportation. The apartment itself was immaculate, with tasteful decor that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any inquiries. One highlight was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the entire space felt like a home away from home. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for its exceptional hospitality, prime location, and the delightful experience it offered. I look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.

The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

Tierra de Segundo totally blew me away! The listing photos really don’t capture the incredible magic of this place. As soon as you step through their gates, it’s like you’ve entered a fabulous resort paradise! It’s an experience that’s beyond what I ever imagined! One of the things I absolutely adore about this place is the incredible outdoor kitchen! It’s so convenient for cooking, and since it’s outside the pavilion, all those delicious food smells stay outside where they belong! This place is TOTAL IG gold!!! The cabins are absolutely adorable! A little heads-up: the stairs to the second floor are definitely steep, but trust me, once you reach the top, you’re enveloped in pure coziness! And let me tell you about Mam Irene—she is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond, usually within minutes! Without a doubt, we’re adding Tierra de Segundo to our top picks for celebrations with friends!

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The place is very beautiful , clean and peaceful. The garden is so big with trees, plants and a backyard pool. The house is beautiful and clean too. I wont recommend this to a big group though since there is only one bathroom/toilet. Water is sparse in the morning.. Also, you have to bring all your food and toiletries since i don't think there is a nearby convenience store or restaurant. But the caretakers are very helpful they bought all our needs the night we arrived. We didnt expect BosoBoso was far from Antipolo. Nevertheless , we had a very restful night after a long day of pilgrimage in the province of Rizal. All in all, i will still recommend this place if you want a to experience a peaceful, beautiful dreamy home in the province surrounded with plants and fresh air.

After spending a day at ZZZs and Trees Resort, I can confidently say it was a truly spectacular experience. I would highly recommend this resort to my family, colleagues, and friends. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, even offering us a discount and complimentary access to the jacuzzi and bonfire. The caretaker, Tito Cielo, was very warm and helpful. He was always available to assist us with our requests, even late at night when we needed help with the jacuzzi and bonfire. We’re definitely planning to return to this wonderful resort!

We had a fantastic stay! The place looks exactly what you see in the photos, and it was impeccably clean. AJ was very responsive and he patiently answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend time with friends and family. The only thing I hope would improve soon would be the pin to use for those who will get there via Grab/Angkas, as we’d love to stay here again.
