Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

Got the place to host for a reunion/party with friends and it accommodated us just fine. Loved the master room and master bathroom. Everything is so cozy. Loved the karaoke in the loft; we spent a lot of time there. It is also helpful to have a responsive and helpful host. Although, they never got back to me about the microwave. But overall, the airbnb is great! Would recommend!

We had an awesome stay in Mark’s place. The place was huge, spacious and can accommodate more than 25 pax. The pool is also clean and has the right amount of chlorine. Very clean and safe for my toddler. Good location for events. Will definitely book again. Kuya June is also very accommodating and easily approachable. The beds and lines are clean and smells good. We really had a great time.

Our stay in the unit was great. It's equipped with everything that we need. It has fairy and neon lights that make you feel so much at home. However, there are few items that were missing like cleaning materials such as mops, brooms, etc. But for sure, they'll provide them when you request for it. We did not request for it since we made sure that we clean up everything in the unit. Overall, the host was very responsibe which is a big big factor. Hoping to try their other units too 😊

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

I stayed for 6 days for a business trip. Location was great as it is right in the middle of Ortigas business district, lots of nearby restaurants and Podium a few minutes walk. The unit is good for 1-2 persons, basic, clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and friendly, they answered all my needs including sending a hair dryer when I requested it and accepting all my last minute guest replacements. Super thankful for such a good experience!

The place is super great, it’s cozy, private and very clean when we got there! You know that the place is well mentained, everything is working just fine. Plus the owner and the co-hosts are all very responsive and helpful while we were preparing for our stay. I also had the chance to meet Suzi, she is very friendly and accommodating! The accommodation hosted by Gabriel perfectly suited our needs. Our group of 8 was conducting a small writeshop to meet a work deadline. Despite being on a weekend, the environment was peaceful. We used the living room and dining areas as our workspaces, which proved to be adequately sized for our purposes. We strongly endorse this location for lodging- and work-related activities. It offers a cost-effective alternative to more expensive options such as hotels and dedicated workshop venues. BTW, we really loved the compact billiard table, which we utilized during brief breaks.

highly recommended for family. if you want to go away from traffics but still you want to be near in big establishments like sm--- perfect ito. very responsive si host pati ang neighbor na nag assist sa amin. malinis amg bahay and makuwang. will surely go back here.

I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!
