Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

My go-to location when I need to find a place to stay in the area. Nicky is always friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had any trouble. He also has snacks available for purchase so when I’m feeling peckish, I can grab a quick bite or drink. I highly recommend the location if you need a quiet private place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

Mark Gervy was super responsive and helpful. The place felt like home and there were heaps of restaurants nearby. Only thing is the building doesn’t have a ramp so it was a bit of a struggle with our heavy luggage (not the host’s fault, just sharing). Maybe just improve or sanitise the foam mattress as we got a few bites from bed bugs, and the blanket could be better too. Overall though, Mark’s honestly one of the best hosts we’ve had. The place and host are highly recommended and we’d definitely come back!

me and friends enjoyed our stay. nawala rin iyong worry ng need may susing dala or naiwan since naka smart lock na. sa lahat ng airbnb na natuluyan namin siya iyong pinakamabango, linis rin ng CR and walang amoy. perfect rin for concert goers in MOA Arena kasi may malaking salamin sila so di mahirapan mag ayos. may alfamart sa baba and maraming kainan rin, then if tamad maglakad pa MOA, sa harap mismo may mga jeep. if ayaw naman mag jeep, madali lang din mag book ng grab. had an issue with the wifi upon checking in, told the host and inayos rin nila agad. lahat rin ng questions before the stay, sumasagot sila agad. will definitely stay here again if may concert uli na pupuntahan sa MOA arena.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Perfect place to have a staycation. Super clean and the interior looks fantastic. The TV was huge and felt premium. I enjoyed watching Netflix the whole night with my girlfriend. Will definitely love to come back!
