Such a beautiful home, gorgeous space, great surrounding, the home was warm, cozy, bedrooms were organized well, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Not far from Warwick where there are plenty of great restaurants and breweries

I loved this home. I had a family gathering here for my birthday and we all loved it. The only issue we had was the ceiling leaking when you used the shower upstairs. other than that the house was everything that we had in mind. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out at the end of every day. if the weather was nicer we would’ve been out there all day.

The home was as advertised. We were very comfortable and the off-street parking was a necessity. We were doing a two week project in Totowa and were told by some locals that Patterson can be a rough place to be outside at night but we never got that feeling at this location.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Michael's place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with great detail. Michael's communication was not only quick but also warm and courteous, making me feel welcome even before we arrived. The accommodation itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Michael even went the extra mile by providing local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay with a host who genuinely cares, this is the place to book. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

what a beautiful place. I love all the windows. The view is so nice and peaceful. There's plenty of good trails to hike minutes from the house. Patrick was very accommodating and flexible. We will be back!

Everything was wonderful! The location was beautiful, especially in this frozen winter wonderland. Jo was super friendly and communicative - checked in on me multiple times throughout my stay. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house

Christopher's house in Tuxedo Park was awesome. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was extremely clean and well maintained. They had it sweetly decorated for Christmas, and we were there to enjoy Christmas with our loved ones nearby, so it was perfect. We were too busy to explore the area, but it was a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated this beautiful and comfortable home to spend the holidays. Christopher was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great and beautiful house, excellent host with friendly response, very helpful with any questions I had and a nice place to stay and enjoy some quiet time with family.

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

Sara’s place is a wonderful retreat. The space is well appointed and has all the essentials, the yard is a delight, and Sara is very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and within striking distance from all that northern New Jersey and NYC have to offer.
