Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Simona is an amazing host. The place was exactly what we wanted, felt right at home. Cooked amazing meals in that kitchen!! One of us works remotely so seeing the WiFi was super strong (186mbps) we had no trouble at all. She gave us loads of recommendations and the town is perfectly in the middle to enjoy a lot of the surrounding areas in just a short drive. Highly recommend it and we will be back for sure. Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft! Wir haben die wunderbare Umgebung und die Ferienwohnung im alten toskanischen Bauernhaus wieder sehr genossen. Diesmal waren wir 7 Personen - mit einem kleinen Bad inklusive Toilette eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit gutem Willen möglich! Danke Mirko, dass wir wieder deine Gäste sein durften!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

L' alloggio di Catia è molto confortevole, pulito e situato in centro ma in una piccola via molto curata L'alloggio è dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e la cucina attrezzata in maniera tale da consentire la possibilità di mangiare a casa. Assolutamente consigliabile.

The apartment was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. Montipulciano was the highlight of our trip. Anna was extremely helpful in making our stay a great experience and went above and beyond our expectations.

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Wirklich ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort inmitten von Olivenbäumen und fantastischer Landschaft. Der Weg über verschlungene Pfade und Schotter lohnt sich, denn der Ort besticht durch seine fantastische Ruhe. Ein riesiger Pool mit Blick über das Tal, zahlreiche Vögel, Blumen... einfach schön.

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

So pleased with our choice to stay here. After long days of site seeing, it was so nice to come back to our little paradise away from it all. The house is exactly like the pictures and what was represented in the details. The property is lovely, wishing we were able to use the beautiful deck and outside areas but was still chilly at night. The fireplace made up for it though. The beds were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a lovely host. She left us alone unless we needed her and had a quick response whenever we had a quick question. We were sad we had to leave. We definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a go home feeling after a long day, and getting away from the crowds. Such a nice place to unwind. We will be back, so much more to see and this place is a great central location to the greater Umbria area. Thank you, Cristina!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a casa di Ilaria. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Abbadia, ma comunque vicina al centro. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in perfette condizioni, ordinato ed estremamente pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno: prodotti per igiene personale, cucina molto fornita ed anche il necessario per la colazione oltre ad una simpatica bottiglietta da 33 cl di prosecco di benvenuto. Self check-in flessibile e semplice, host comunque presente in caso di necessità e reattiva alle nostre richieste. Tutto perfetto, Ilaria host eccezionale!

Great Villa and great host! Incredible view and location

We had an incredible stay at this comfortable villa in Montepulciano! We had quite an unusual experience in that our rental car broke down and we have to navigate getting roadside assistance to help repair, then later tow the vehicle. As unnerving as that could have been, they assisted us and stayed with us until all was resolved. This spoke volumes to me as to what good people they are Beyond their helpfulness, the views from the terrace were great for unwinding at the end of the day. The villa was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for cooking some local Italian cuisine at home. The homemade cake that was waiting on us was a special touch that was beyond appreciated. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Montepulciano’s historic center and nearby attractions, yet peaceful and serene. Self check-in was seamless, and Pier Luigi was exceptionally easy to work

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Lovely place in the middle of Tuscany. It’s a beautiful home. It’s about 30-60 minutes to get to all the major places in Tuscany. He made us a great dinner upon checking in as well!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!
