This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

Skvělé místo, útulný a stylově zařízený byt, velice pohodlná postel, víno, olivový olej, káva a těstoviny na přivítanou! Alex bydlí v přízemí domu, takže je vždy k dispozici. Velice děkujeme, Tomáš a Věra :-)

Cet appartement est un écrin au cœur de Cortone, la vue est magnifique sur la place principale de la ville. De plus, Stefano est un hôte très accueillant et serviable. L'appartement était propre et bien rangé et, comme nous venions pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse, j'avais demandé un gâteau que Stefano a commandé auprès d'un pâtissier (la gâteau était délicieux). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tiziana è stata un host attenta ma mai invadente. Ci ha accolti con un dolcetto ed un bicchierino dell'ottimo passito sagrantino tipico della zona. La casa è molto accogliente, spaziosa, pulita e la cucina è molto ben attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, montalatte, teiera, tostapane, etc. Per la colazione oltre al caffè, il latte, le fette biscottate, il burro e le confetture, erano disponibili tisane di vario tipo, preparato per cioccolata calda ed anche frutta fresca. Anche in bagno piccole accortezze utili come cotton fiock, dischetti per il trucco, limette per le unghie e vari tipi di saponi. Esternamente c'è un piccolo giardino curato con tavolinetto e delle sedie a sdraio e si può godere di una bella vista. Zona tanquilla e silenziosa. Soggiono perfetto.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Federica è una host amichevole, piacevole e gentile. ci siamo trovati davvero bene nella sua casa, che è ampia, pulitissima e accogliente. Federica è stata disponibile sia per il check-in sia per le info sulla zona e poi essendo una persona piacevole è uno spasso chiacchierare con lei, peccato che siamo stato poco tempo. posizione per noi centrale visto che abbiamo visitato Perugia, Assisi e Gubbio e nell'appartamento non manca proprio nulla. grazie Federica!!!!

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Best Airbnb ever! I mean that. We have stayed in a LOT of Airbnbs and this is the best one ever for us. Beautiful, tranquil, comfortable, stylish, romantic, serene...none of those words seems like quite enough. We enjoyed walking in the grove of olive trees, watching the honey bees on the massive rosemary plants, admiring the architecture of the main house and the guest cottage, and telling each other that if we ever lived in Tuscany, THIS is what we would want it to look and sound and smell like. It was so nice to have a quiet, restful, private place to come back to after exploring Val d'Orcia during the days (including nearby Montepulciano, Montalcino, and the Bagni San Filippo hot spring). Alistair and Maria were away for our stay so we didn't get to meet them in person, but they were so helpful and generous with tips and suggestions, and they were so friendly in all of our communications. I just can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Alistair and Maria!

Staying at Simona's in Castiglione del Lago was magical!! The apartment, back yard, terrace and most of all the view were amazing!! Simona and Yens made us feel very comfortable and for me, Nahil and Cooper (their pups) added another level of warmth. Simona was always available if we had any questions, and we had many, and also made lots of suggestions for places to visit in the area and graciously willing to help us when we needed it. Grazie Simona, arriderci a più presto!!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Casa Uliveto med hele storfamilien på 7 voksne og 7 ungdommer, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Både huset og eiendommen var nydelig og velholdt, og området var fredelig og trygt. Andrea var en strålende vert som svare raskt og ga oss god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger fra Andrea om lokale byer og restauranter, og vi brukte dagene godt til mye sightseeing i den vakre regionen. Høydepunktet var nok likevel kokkekurset som vi hadde hjemme i huset. Vi bestilte kurset gjennom Andrea, og de tre blide kokkene som kom, håndterte vår mangfoldige gjeng på strålende vis! De snakket kun italiensk, vi svarte på en blanding av engelsk, norsk og spansk (!), men jammen forsto vi hverandre godt likevel! Det var mye latter og gestikulering, og maten (4 retter) ble nydelig! Både store og små hadde en fantastisk kveld! Anbefales varmt! Takk for et nydelig opphold og flott vertskap!

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

Had all necessities needed. Helpful neighbors with check in and check out. Good location with free parking!

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Piccolo appartamento in contesto meraviglioso, con vista sulle colline intorno ad Assisi e piscina che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché ancora freddo. Interni come da foto, bagno un po’ piccino ma completo di tutto e tutto nuovo compresi gli arredamenti della camera da letto e la cucina. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo visti i giorni di pioggia e umido. Roberta host presente e reattiva, ci ha consigliato ristoranti della zona e risolto un piccolo problema in pochissimo tempo. Lo consiglio per chi desidera un posto tranquillo fuori dal paese, e con i borghi umbri intorno ad Assisi a portata di mano! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe
