Abbiamo passato un weekend a Casa nel Verde ed è stato tutto stupendo, dalla casa molto comoda ed accogliente, a Giovanni sempre super disponibile. La località è la casa sono perfette per weekend con gli amici e/o famiglia immersi nel verde e nellq quiete Super consigliato

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

L’alloggio di Marica ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha fatto sognare di tornare in estate per goderci al meglio la piscina esterna. Marica è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Anche l’interno della casa era bellissimo e ben tenuto.

Al Vecchio Casale is the Italian farmhouse you've been dreaming about with many modern amenities thoughtfully included. Beautiful surroundings. Communication was great with many recommendations. Halfway through our stay our fridge stopped working and they arrived with a replacement the same day.

Antonio and his parents Giuseppe and Palma were really great hosts. Their kitchen was well equipped either lots of utensils, spoons, knives and many more other items. The premise was very clean. Parking for our car was very safe. Antonio’s parents baked a delicious lemon cake for us which was really kind of them. I would definitely come back and also recommend this place to all my friends and family. 😀❤️

Квартира находится в 20 минутах от жд. Рядом есть остановка городского транспорта. Жилье соответствует описанию и фото, Лука был всегда на связи. Но отдельно хочется отметить, что через стену от квартиры находится шиномонтаж. Они начинали работу в 7 утра: громкие звуки, хлопанье дверей. Выспаться не получалось.

La estancia en el apartamento fue uno de los mejores hasta ahora en mi Eurotrip muy limpio e impecable en todo sentido tenía todo lo necesario a nuestro alcance y sobretodo la comunicación con el anfitrión fue de lo mejor …recomendado uno se siente como en casa

We had a great stay in this Airbnb. Francesco is lovely, very available and trying his best to make your stay enjoyable. The flat is well located, close to the center and public transport. It was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great visit at the apartment - very spacious, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen for self catering (there is a Deco supermarket 3min away at the base of Via Stella). It is a great place to base yourself for a few days to explore Naples like a local, off the tourist trail. We really appreciated the late checkout on the final day!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Carmen per una settimana durante il periodo di capodanno. La casa era situata in un’area tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda per raggiungere le principali aree turistiche permettendo di fare una bella camminata. La casa era pulita e ci sono stati offerti due set di asciugami e lenzuola siccome saremo stati per più di una settimana cosa che è stata altamente apprezzata. Inoltre, la casa offriva lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutte gli utensili per cucinare a casa se si voleva. Siccome avevamo l’aereo il pomeriggio tardi, Carmen è stata così gentile da permetterci di fare un check nel pomeriggio e in generale è sempre stata disponibile e super reattiva via messaggi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Napoli, ritorneremo qui.

Paolo's apt is very central, 5 mins walk to the train/metro. Lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance as is the old town. We slept very well & everything we needed was there. Paolo was very prompt & lovely to deal with.

Ho usufruito di due appartamenti di Caterina, che sono in una zona tranquilla, controllati da un guardiano, vicini alla stazione della metropolitana e muniti di un comodissimo parcheggio. Che cosa desiderare di più?

Il punto di forza sono sicuramente i proprietari: cordiali e accoglienti, offrono anche dei dolci fatti in casa all'arrivo, un gesto molto apprezzato. La cucina è fornitissima, con ogni tipo di condimento e snack a disposizione, un’attenzione davvero rara. Il bagno altrettanto impeccabile, con tanti prodotti per la cura del corpo, perfetto per sentirsi a casa. Il parcheggio nel giardino è stato molto comodo, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. L’arredamento vintage ha dato un tocco di fascino e calore all’ambiente, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più caratteristico. Inoltre, l’host si è dimostrato molto comprensivo quando, accidentalmente, si è rotta una lampada.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo meraviglioso appartamentino immerso nel verde di una piccola fattoria con simpaticissimi animali.. bellissima esperienza! tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e Ilaria è stata una host gentilissima 24h rigeneranti, super consigliato! torneremo sicuramente :)

Appartamento ampio e dotato di ogni comfort, con due bagni che garantiscono il massimo della comodità. La pulizia è impeccabile, e l’ambiente è stato fin da subito accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa. La posizione è strategica: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal cuore pulsante della città, ideale per esplorare le meraviglie di Napoli, ma abbastanza lontana dal caos per godere di momenti di pace e relax. E poi c’è Francesco, l’host, che è davvero il fiore all’occhiello di questa esperienza. Sempre disponibile, caloroso e pieno di entusiasmo, non si è risparmiato nel darci consigli preziosi su dove mangiare, cosa visitare e come muoverci in città. È stato persino pronto ad aiutarci a prenotare un taxi in una situazione complicata, dimostrando una cura e una gentilezza rare. Se cercate un soggiorno autentico, confortevole e senza pensieri, non potreste trovare di meglio. Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere la vera Napoli!

Super easy communication and very lovely host, very new, spacious and clean apartment, really nice kitchen to cook with great produce from near markets and fish monger. Super nice neighborhood, not too touristy, still feels authentic. Would certainly stay here again:)

Logement impeccable, Maria nous a donné de bons conseils, toujours reactive et très sympathique. Nous avons adoré le séjour, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Naples. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour encore merci à Maria.

un petit logement idéal pour découvrir le Matese et ses paysages. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle typique. Il faut laisser la voiture dans la rue principale, mais ce n'est pas trop loin. la vue est magnifique depuis les fenêtres. C'est parfait pour partir vers le lac de matese
