Clean, peaceful and comfortable. Well set up kitchen, good bathroom, comfy armchair. The electric blanket and heating were great as it is not well insulated and would have otherwise been chilly. Nice to have eggs and bread and milk. Excellent communication and clear directions.

Loved our stay at Bronwyn‘s beautiful house right near the river. kids especially loved the way they could use their paddle boards to access the main river right at the back door. Perfect for fishing while sitting in the beautiful surrounded gardens with plenty of shade on them hot Deni days. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly and will definitely be back.

Our family had a fantastic stay, the home was so clean, and equipped with more than we needed. Sonja gave us full instructions for arriving at the home, Beautiful place to sit back and relax. The Aqua park is just down the road, which the kids loved.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay, we loved the quaint little cottage felt right at home, and Tina was absolutely brilliant, so responsive and helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, would definitely book again.

If you're looking for a very family friendly home away from home then look no further. Swimming pool, separate games room with TV and pool table, board games galore, comfy beds, so many bathrooms, fantastic living space and kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to cafes and supermarket, short drive to beautiful Echuca. Great value.

There is one word to describe Little Bird Cottage and that word was 'Perfect'. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The secure fenced yard was awesome for our fur babies and they loved having the dog door so they could come and go from the house. The fire pit was also a pleasant surprise as were the wonderful treats for both the humans and the dogs. The house was better than what the pictures showed and Lauren was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. This was by far the best pet friendly accommodation we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend Little Bird Cottage to anyone visiting Echuca.

Loved our stay. We went in winter and it was perfect. Top house isn't connected to the bottom house- only by outside stairs, but still worked well!
