Stay was amazing!! I went with my wife and two kids for 4 nights. The place was just what we needed. It was cleaned well stocked and perfect for a family of 4. The beach is amazing and right out your back door. Very remote in a good way some days we felt like the only ones on miles of beach. We felt safe and secure the entire trip and the host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly unforgettable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living room was a dream, open layout & breathtaking ocean views. The covered porch was perfect for gatherings & we loved using the grill. The gazebo offered a cozy space for conversations while others enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect, beach towels included. The hammocks were a huge hit. The security gate gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax & enjoy our time. Location in the rural southeastern part of the island was a dream, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. A standout aspect of our stay was Hector, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect experience. Hector was attentive & thoughtful. His kindness and dedication are truly exceptional, making him an invaluable part of the experience. You won’t find another Airbnb with someone as outstanding as him.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. the house was clean and enough room for 8 of us. The inground pool was very nice, the water was warm, and we used it daily. The AC in the bedrooms works very well. The rest of the house felt nice with the ceiling fans and breeze from the windows. The Wi-Fi was good and we could watch shows on our Fire Stick. Our host Amanda was very nice and helpful with our questions. The beaches in Patillas are very rocky. We tried to get in up to our waist but was dangerous due to large rocks you can't see. We found much nicer beaches about an hour away near the Ceiba Ferry and Fajardo. Some things we didn't know, but were not a problem. Keep the kitchen clean and take out trash daily. If you don't, you'll find a lot of tiny black ants crawling across the kitchen counters and the under counter garage can. The septic system has problems processing toilet paper so it must go in the garbage.

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

What an amazing stay! This location is beautiful and so is the hospitality. The place had everything I needed to have a good night's rest. And the host was wonderful as well. Very clean and comfortable place out in the country...but still within minutes of downtown Yabucoa. I took lots of pictures of the outside surroundings. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Casa Wurster was a great place for our family vacation. We had a group of 9 (2 families), and we had plenty of space. The house was great, with spacious bedrooms, and 3 total full bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and great for our group. The highlight of this house was the pool out back. It was the perfect size, heated, and clean. The kids spent many hours in this pool. The shaded patio out back by the pool was awesome, and included a bathroom, refrigerator, and sink. Perfect place to hang out for the afternoon, and not have to keep going into the house all wet. The overall property was also great, including a pickleball court, basketball hoop, and hiking up to the top of the property with amazing views. The property is right next to a main road along the coast. On weekends, that road is quite busy and loud, with a lot of local traffic and loud music. The private beach access was not useful, as it was pretty rocky, and very windy and wavy.

Lovely house, yard, and pool. Very clean and well cared for, simple and modern inside. We spent hours each day swimming, lounging, and admiring the view. Thoughtful touches like ear plugs by the beds in case the coqui frogs and roosters were too much, but we enjoyed the sounds. The neighboring horses were a fun attraction, too! Host was great - gave us a sweet welcome when we got to town, had ice waiting in the freezer for our drinks, and checked in with us occasionally during our stay.

Excellent communication with hosts. These people have all their i's dotted & all their t's crossed!! They even had mats in the bathrooms & bedrooms!! Ice in the freezer. Did I mention a basket for dirty laundry!!!??? SO NICE!!! Laundry supplies already in the home and available for use!! Plenty of regular and beach towels, everything was stocked!!! Super clean and in order, impressive. VERY quiet & clean neighborhood as well, everyone knows each other!!!! Rafa's mini market down the street was nice, the home has a very beautiful flow, the pool area excellent, great breeze in LR and DR, the ocean view was great with a nice cup of coffee, views at night wonderful!!! Great space for families & entertaining after long days at the beach. Forgot to say that the room with the bunk beds was nice for all the kids!!! The glass windows in LR & DR a plus. IYKYK.... Comfortable place, accessible, and conveniently located for anyone visiting. Excellent cleanliness. Leiza is very approachable and service-oriented, ensuring that guests feel comfortable during their stay. Definitely, it is a place where I would host my colleagues from Mexico and the Dominican Republic again, as they had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. For Alpla Caribe, ensuring our colleagues feel comfortable is a priority, and at Adriana's Guest House, it is definitely a place where we would host our visitors again.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spacious and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Very walkable area with plenty to do. Loved sitting out on the front deck to do some people (and dog) watching. The outdoor shower was a huge plus when coming up from the beach! We had such a great and relaxing time!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

My best friend and I stayed here with our four teenage girls. This was my friend's second time staying at the farm. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Most days we had the pool completely to ourselves. The kids loved the animals and picked fresh fruit on the farm. Kevin's suggestions for beaches and restaurants were perfect for us. Thank you! We will be back.

Our family enjoyed our time at Damaris’s place. She was quick to respond and everything was easily accessible. We had to call maintenance for the front door and she immediately responded and got the door knob replaced with friendly maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵
