Patnem Beach : chambres d'hôtel

The house is the same in the photos. The biggest advantage is the location, right on the beach. The cottages are at the end of a large beach in agonda so it's quiet and secluded. The restaurant run by the host offers delicious food with an amazing view of the sea, sunsets and the sound of the waves. If I were to go back to agonda, I would definitely stay here :)

Our group of 8 adults and 3 babies from Australia and Canada had the most amazing time at Simons place. The house is incredible, full of history in every nook and cranny and beautifully furnished with antiques. The staff including Sagar, Clinton, Winston and Moni the chef plus everyone else were very friendly, always attentive and accommodating, and went above and everyone to make us feel at home. One day it rained all the entire day and our group was actually grateful to stay in and enjoy the house and hospitality. Sagar took us to the local market to buy ingredients and the chef Moni put on a cooking masterclass for everyone that was interested, followed by and incredible meal enjoyed by all. Lastly, Simon and Priti took us to the local doctor when one of the babies was sick and arranged the appointment on our behalf. They also spent a night having a few drinks and a lot of laughs which made the trip very special. Thank you so much 🙏

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s place! Kathleen was an amazing host and always so helpful for everything we needed. The location is amazing, too - just a 1-2 minute scooter ride from lots of shops and restaurants and also around a 3-4 minute ride to an amazing beach. We’ll definitely stay at this place again!

We absolutely loved our stay- it’s overall character, literature, art, service, food and the cutest pets are to thank. Simon was very organised and quick to respond to our queries.

Decent room with a good mattress and mosquito screens on the windows. Quiet at night and close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach.

We had a blast at Vivenda dos Palhacos! The place is picture perfect beautiful, we had 2 different rooms during our stay (starting in an a/c tent nestled into the far end of the garden, which was magical, followed by Konnagar Room, which was majestic). An amazing place with a super friendly and helpful owner, wonderful staff who took great care of all our needs. Lots of great local food and beaches all in walking distance. We rented a scooter for a couple of days (arranged through the staff) which gave us great mobility in the vicinity. We embraced every minute of our stay and will be back. Guaranteed!

Amazing place to stay, had an amazing experience location is amazing, walkable distance from beach. Staff was extremely helpful, they arranged Cab, Scooter and whatever was required at nominal charges. private pool was clean and maintained well.

Very hospitable and helpful. Extremely nice people especially Dominic. Close to Colva beach and Martin’s Corner is just 4 kms away. Place was properly sanitised and cleaned as good as 5 star.

We enjoyed our stay at Grisha’s place. Grisha and his team at the hotel are nice and welcoming. The premises are clean and tidy. As they just started a few month ago some things could be improved: The water at the pool wasn’t always clear and the service at the resort’s restaurant was sometimes inattentive.

We loved staying here - every moment of it. It was so relaxing and we had fun too! The vibe, the staff, the host. It felt like the true Goa. The room was clean, better than the photos online - with lovely touches of the wooden cupboard, bathroom tiles, the framed picture over the bed. It was clear that someone had designed it to be not just a place to stay, but a wonderful experience to remember. The bed was so comfortable. The host was very helpful, polite, and friendly. All of the staff on the property were just so nice, obliged our requests. It was just a delight to have them around. The beach is a minute's walk away. Most popular restaurants and the ones with great food in South Goa are just a 5 minute to 20 minute drive away. The pool was clean, and just the perfect spot to unwind. We watched beautiful birds come by in the day and the stars at night. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Tranquility Found! This serene Airbnb in Goa is a hidden gem! Nestled in a peaceful location, it's the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush green surroundings and a soothing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a kitchen. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural beauty. No noise, no pollution, just peace and quiet! The host is warm and welcoming, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful! The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture. The rooms were easy to access and looked just as depicted in the pictures, perfectly complementing the old architectural vibe. The surrounding lush greenery added to the charm, though we did encounter few insects—nothing unmanageable, though, given the natural setting. There is a beach 15 mins away from the place. The care taker was also very helpful with references for cabs and rentals. The private pool was great! Although we had to seek help from caretaker to fish out few insects before using it. Overall a perfect blend of heritage and comfort!

This is the best place I’ve ever seen in Goa. I’ve been to lot of resorts near by , even the named luxury resorts can’t beat this beautiful and scenic place. When i come back, this is only resort I’ll be going to. Thanks Apurva and Inderjeet.

This was my 4th visit to Goa and I have not yet encountered a better luxury stay. The place gives you a homely vibe once you settle in your respective cottage and ah, what do I say about the sea view you see right after waking up! It’s mesmerising! And the place serves awesome food, specially their prawn biryani. The staff will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one. We are certainly going to visit again with a bigger group next time :)

It was lovely stay at Nanoo’s place. Room was spacious and super clean. Specially, I had a perfect sleep in silence after whole roaming outside. Perfect resting place. Thanks for hosting us.

The place is really pretty and is nestled in the colorful corner of South Goa, from where the beach is just a walkable distance. The host was friendly and helpful; he allowed us to check in early as we arrived a little before the check-in time. The ambience of the place was lovely, and we loved our stay here.
