公寓位于卡塔海滩一公里多附近的山上，适合体力好的年轻人居住，或者老年人打车出行，原因是门口的下坡路段非常陡峭，坡度大约有17度。不过，也正因为如此，房子周围很安静。 Reception非常nice,check in和check out都非常便捷，特别是我们在早晨5:40离开，房主工作人员还亲自跑来拿钥匙。 公寓有一间卧室，一个客厅，很干净，没有虫子。坐在阳台上，就可以远眺卡塔海滩。

Nice and clean apartment in the center of Patong. Close to night life and in a walking distance to the beach. Good wi-fi. Changing towels and cleaning every two days

We had a fantastic stay at Jeremy’s place, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops, lovely beaches nearby too. The apartment was perfect, very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures show it, I’m going to miss waking up to the stunning view each morning. Loved the pool area too and usually had the pool to ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We are very thankful for the nice apartment and helpful host! Derek is a wonderful host. The accommodation is so comfortable, clean, big rooms, the kitchen is very good. Everything that you need for a short or long vacation! Neighborhood is great and quiet.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war es, abends mit geöffneter Balkontür einzuschlafen – das sanfte Rauschen des Meeres war wie ein beruhigendes Schlaflied und hat uns direkt ins Reich der Träume begleitet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Manager Morgan, der mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und zuvorkommenden Art unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Ein sehr sauberen und ruhiger familiären Ort wo man am Abend die Ruhe und den Frieden genießen kann. Wer Lärm und Geschrei sucht oder auf dem Balkon bis Mitternacht eine paty machen möchte ist vielleicht nicht am richtigen Ort. Ich bin jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und komme gerne wieder

Rattiya est une personne extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute. le logement bénéficie d'une localisation un peu à l'écart de la foule de Patong, dans un bel écrin de nature. Kamala reste le meilleur choix pour nous en terme de plage. pensez à louer un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de la situation du logement

Beautiful spot. Quick walk to a nearby beach, muay thai place right around the corner, and pretty private. Very friendly host as well

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was every bit as magical as the first. We stayed for one week last time and loved it so much we stayed two weeks this time and wished it could have been longer. It's right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and without the crowds of the many other tourist areas. You don't need a car -- take Bolt if you want to leave the area, it works great and we met some lovely drivers. But we only left twice in the two weeks we were there, the rest of the time we walked to restaurants and the small markets. Up the alley road and to the right on the main road is the best restaurant/smoothies/fresh fruit EVER. It felt like we became friends with the employees and even the cooks came out to say goodbye to us at the end of our two weeks! Also check out The Beach restaurant on one beach over (also an easy walk) for gorgeous sunsets behind Big Buddah. And the apartment -- adorable, comfortable, perfect location and view!

The accommodation and location of this STUNNING beach house was paradise…. A word we used a lot whilst staying here for 8 nights with the family. Alice our host reached out and gave us many good ideas of places to go and even a complimentary clean half way through to make the place spotless again. The pics don’t do it justice on your own private beach and to have a couple of small stalls down on the beach also to get a beer, coffee or water any time you wanted. The locals restaurants was such amazing value with the Lovey Duck just at the top of the street so cheap! Our fav also was Rawai view around 10 min walk and such top quality food. Walked into town (Rawai) couple of times (15 to 20 mins) and got a bolt taxi back so cheap for 285 Bhats. Couldn’t say anything negative about this paradise location.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Эта вилла оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото! В гостиной новый диван, в спальне появились тумбочки. Сама вилла отличная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: кухня, кондиционеры в гостиной и в спальне, мощные вентиляторы, горячая вода, фильтр для воды, чтобы была питьевая. На кухне вся утварь для готовки: холодильник, электроплита, тостер, чайник, посуда. В спальне рабочий стол. Wifi отличный, есть огромный телевизор с ютуб и нетфликс. На террасе качели и столик, просто шикарно по утрам завтракать под пение птиц. Сама вилла находится в тихом месте, но до основной дороги - 3 минуты. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом остановка, рынок на территории храма. Хозяин виллы разрешил раннее заселение, скинул все инструкции, попали в дом без проблем. Всегда интересовался, как у нас дела и все ли хорошо! Когда вернемся на Пхукет, с удовольствием заново забронируем данный дом!

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing host. Cici kindly arranged airport transfer and was a wonderful host. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located with a short walk to the beach. Would stay there again and have already recommended to others.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment on the diamond resort complex. The communication from Davide was brilliant and Gib met us on arrival to show us around. The room is spacious, clean, very quiet and had everything we needed (The air-con is great). The apartment is in a perfect location with a brilliant moped hire company just 20 meters down the road (Pro Rent). The pool is great, WiFi is fast and the bed is really comfy. There is also a washing machine which was great for us to wash our clothes, set for our next stop on our travels around Thailand. My girlfriend and I would highly recommended staying here and would stay again if we returned to Thailand. Highly recommended
