Πολύ περιποιημένο. κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που πάει στην Πάτρα

Το σπίτι ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας , άνετο, καθαρό και εξαιρετικά φιλόξενο! Ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση, με κάθε λεπτομέρεια προσεγμένη. Όλα ήταν τέλεια , από τη διακόσμηση μέχρι την τοποθεσία! Ένα σπίτι με υπέροχη ενέργεια, που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο .Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Πεντακάθαρο ανακαινισμένο και μια ανάσα από το κέντρο

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό, περιποιημένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Με το αμάξι το Ριο είναι δίπλα αλλά και με τα πόδια δεν είναι μακριά. Ήσυχη γειτονιά και η πολυκατοικία καινούργια. Όσο για την οικοδέσποινα φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Απάντησε άμεσα και μας κατεύθυνε με σαφείς οδηγίες για τοποθεσίας αλλά και για το πώς θα μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα. Ως γνώστες του επαγγέλματος της φιλοξενίας θα συστήναμε ανεπιφύλακτα να επισκεφτείτε το κατάλυμα. Είναι από τα πιο καθαρά και περιποιημένα καταλύματα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί ως τώρα και θα το ξανα προτιμήσουμε φυσικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε και πάλι για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία.

Έμεινα 3 βράδια στο διαμέρισμα λόγω εξεταστικής. Έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή και ο κ.Κωστας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Και η τοποθεσία βολεύει πολύ, καθώς είναι κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου για κέντρο και για Πανεπιστήμιο, οπότε το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ανάλογες περιπτώσεις.

είναι το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω πάει σε όλη την Ευρώπη. είχε όλες τις παροχές κ παραπάνω,πεντακάθαρο σπίτι,ωραία διαμόρφωση ωραίο σπίτι ενθουσιαστηκα . το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να τονίσω δε ότι ο Ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικος φιλικός κ πάντα πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει. θα ξαναπηγαινα με μεγάλη χαρά

Όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο κ φιλόξενο κατάλυμα. Η τοποθεσία κατάλληλη, καθώς είναι όλα εκεί γύρω: εστιατόρια, κάστρο, λιμάνι. Η φιλοξενία της κυρίας Χριστίνας άψογη! Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, το Casa in Centro 2 ! Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη διαμονή, σίγουρα θα σας ξαναερθουμε🙂

Christos and his family were very pleasant and helped us with the grill in the garden and gave us great tips about going around town and beaches. Apartment is also very clean and spatious and perfect if youhave a bigger group like us! Definitely recommend this place.

We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.

The best Airbnb we have stayed in: a charming space and garden; very well kitted out with lovely little extras; pristine clean; close to the sandy beach and wonderful views and a totally charming family to greet and help you. Lithos House is a very modern place that is decorated to a very high standard, a beautiful home that we enjoyed very much! This is a very private haven, not overlooked by the neighbours, completely private, we loved staying here and everything you need is literally 5 mins walk away (restaurants, the beach, even a castle on a hill is the back drop to this lovely place!) We give a 5 star rating for this beautiful quiet home, we'd give 10 stars if we could, a fantastic place to stay that was clean and decorated to the highest standard! if we're ever in Nafpaktos again, definitely book this home! We are gonna miss staying here! *****(5 stars!) 😁

Great house, wonderful hosts, it was not too hot in the house even if outside was around 38C. We used a lot back yard, barbecue place... apsolutely grateful and happy to be there

Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ. Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή του. Η άφιξη μας ήταν ομαλή και ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν ευγενικός και διακριτικός. Θα προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Σας ευχαριστούμε!

Ο Ντίνος ήταν από τους καλύτερους οικοδεσπότες που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ!! Επικοινωνιακός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει, ακριβής και πάρα πολύ ευχάριστος!! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και απόλυτα εξοπλισμένο!!! Όπου κι αν ήθελες να πας ήταν προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια!! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παρείχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα λειτουργικό σπίτι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Everything was super, clean (which for me is the number one), a little small for 4 people but not uncomfortable, big bathroom, it had everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation was perfect for us and had everything we needed for a few days. It is in a quiet location and is still close to the beach and the town.

We booked both Lepanto Luxury Apartments FF and GF for our group of six adults and couldn't be more pleased. The apartments were beautiful and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities listed and more! Nancy was easy to communicate with and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the apartments. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and provided an extensive list of things to see and do around Nafpaktos, including great restaurant recommendations. Nafpaktos was a wonderful surprise. Although we chose it as a halfway point from Nafplio to Corfu, it was a charming town and we would have loved to spend more time exploring the area!
