From the moment we stepped over the threshold, we felt happy. Erynn's friends were playing music! Her books were so eclectic and wonderful that I wish we were snowbound and did not have to continue our journey. Everything worked beautifully, of course. But our delight goes far beyond any standard list. I'll name two: lovely antique salt and pepper shaker on the silver tray. She made scones ahead, froze them, then they were baked fresh for our morning. The willow limbs danced in the wind and rain but we were cozy and peaceful and buoyed in Erynn's

Beautiful stay for me and my family!

We had a great overnight stay at this Pat’s home. Check in was easy and the place felt super clean. We did have a little bit of trouble finding the place but a quick call to Pat and we were able to get turned around. The place felt super clean and the location was great. We had a girls hiking trip planned and it was an easy drive to the hikes. We felt close to town but still very much felt in nature. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean with easy access and was within walking distance to the main part of town. Had a very nice yard as well. Bedrooms were well done with very comfortable beds. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Really, no complaints. Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the area. Floyd is a wonderful small town. The area is very nice, and the small shops in Floyd are fantastic. Norma is an awesome host!

This was the perfect home for my stay in Willis! It was exactly as advertised. It was an extremely convenient location for me and would definitely book again!

Carole’s place was exactly as advertised - a guest room in her peaceful home on a quiet farm stay. I was in the area with plans from fairly early AM to late PM and needed a spot to lay my head each night and Carole’s place delivered exactly what I needed.

Shalene & Kevin are great hosts and very welcoming. They really make you feel at home. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a few extra treats. Beds were comfortable, linens & towels felt fresh and clean. The living area is nice and comfortable. Parking and access is easy and it's a short walk into town (with a little uphill). Great location.

Our stay at Brenda’s home was absolutely delightful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our much needed weekend away. The nearby restaurant (a mile away) served us a delicious dinner the first night. Her family gave us great advice about the area and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!!!

10/10 would recommend. We had the best experience at this location. The time here felt like home. Water pressure was great and heated up quick. Everything you needed in electronic device plugs in for charging. Everything was CLEAN! Washer/dryer, blow dryer, towels and even snacks they left for us on the counter! Definitely will come back to this location when we visit in the future! The host was extremely responsive and helpful when needed! Truly a beautiful and pleasant experience.

Steve & Mark were amazing! They greeted us outside upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. The property and house were absolutely beautiful. The animals were our favorite thing. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. We Will definitely be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for better host! This place is beautiful and serene, I wish we would have more time to stay and explore. The hospitality and camaraderie was a nice touch to our little get away.

Cindy's BnB at One Starling in Uptown Martinsville is a great 100-year-old home with large rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. My son and I stayed two nights while in town for a NASCAR weekend at Martinsville Speedway. The location was easy to find, has plenty of off-street parking, and was a perfect distance from the track (not too close, but easy to get there in 10 minutes). The home is nicely decorated and very tidy. Cindy's communication was great and we were lucky to meet her when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. I'm sure the process would have been seamless with the passcode locks on the outside door as well as the bedroom door, even if she had not been there for check-in. We will stay again if we visit Martinsville in the future.

Kim and Rodger’s hospitality go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. The location was perfect for star gazing out on the patio, or shopping in near by Floyd. We absolutely adored their dog piglet who we couldn’t love on enough! Communication is never a problem, Kim is happy to help with anything during your stay. We loved this slice of paradise and will be returning soon!

Darlene and Dave were an absolute joy. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better host or place to stay. Everything was picturesque and serene. The accommodations were lovely. This a true gem to behold. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Darlene and Dave are a class act.

What a unique and wonderful guest experience! The hosts were very friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge about the area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious! If you are looking for a place that is off the beaten path, but convenient to everything in the area, you won’t be disappointed! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone!
