도우미가 매일 쓰레기통을 비워주고, 청소는 3일에 한번, 침대시트 교체는 일주일에 한번 해줘서 쾌적하게 지낼수있었습니다. 파타야 시내와는 거리가 좀 있지만, 가족들과 여유롭게 지낼수 있었습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Had an awesome stay at this pool villa! fast WiFi, perfect for getting work done. The neighborhood is chill and safe, no crazy noise or anything. Loved the garden space around the house—plenty of room for my dog to roam and do his business stress-free. He was living his best life! You can also walk to the beach for some pics—not the prettiest, but still a cool spot. Definitely coming back!" ❤️🏡🐶🌿🏝️

It was a very nice accommodation. Of course, it's not very clean, but I like the other space. Also, they cleaned the pool and I liked the place where we could barbecue. I will visit again next time. Thank you

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.

RaNee was a pleasure and went above and beyond my needs and expectations. I was having issues with the safe and tv, Ra sent friends, a tech and herself to resolve my problems. I asked for advice and a recommendation for a pharmacy, not only did she offer a suggestion, Ra herself drove me to the store where I was able to get everything I needed. Needless to say, Ra is a kind person who values people.

Fantastic and comfortable place. It was clean and uncle Noom and daughter came to meet us when we arrived. Only downside was there were construction going on next door and was a bit noisy in the day time. Nights were nice and quiet.

Simply in one word !! Excellent stay !!

The condo was great! Well maintained and fantastic amenities. Location very good and close to attractions. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Wszystko było w porządku. po raz pierwszy apartament w rzeczywistości wyglądał ciekawiej aniżeli na zdjęciu. wielki atut to pralka na balkonie na dużym balkonie. mały problem to brak deski do krojenia i wtyczka do czajnika nie pasuje w kuchni trzeba podłączyć ją na podłodze w pokoju...

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

My stay at Supasek’s property in Pattaya Central was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Supasek made me feel welcomed with a warm greeting and helpful tips about the area. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife on Walking Street. I loved the peace and quiet of the building, which provided a restful retreat after a busy day of exploring. Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The amenities provided, from toiletries to fresh linens, were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. Highly recommend Supasek for anyone visiting Pattaya—will definitely return next time!

as always for this condo everything is so walkable beach -<5min walk tree town - <5min walk soi bukaw - <5min walk central - <5min walk sometime the price is lower than hotel hotel vs condo only thing is daily house keeping that all so why should I stay at hotel? the guard are also good any person come in need to handle over Thier id card so ITS SAFE ! 555 u know I know it's the best location for nightlife walking street is walkable too but why not get on motor sai tour around than go walking for me this location spotless !!! hangover!? wear a short + towel head to rooftop pool to sun tan to cure hangover or lazy day!!! it amazing 31 floor the only CON(bad) the lift wait very long I hate it !!!! from 🇸🇬

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

Yoyo's place is very well-maintained and peaceful. The views from the balcony, especially during sunsets and at night, are beautiful. I would have appreciated a more powerful air conditioner, as it struggled to cool the kitchen area. If you enjoy high-rise buildings with great views, you must visit this place on the 25th floor. It's perfect for a short stay for couples.

C’est la cinquième année que nous louons un appartement dans cette résidence très agréable , calme et située au bord d’une belle plage et la deuxième fois consécutive chez Tanya qui est une propriétaire très efficace et très réactive pour résoudre le moindre problème . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement avec ses deux chambres , ses deux salles de bain et ses deux balcons .

何度もジョムティエンは訪れていますが、過去最高に立地が良く（中心地）、建物は多少古いですが、お部屋もリラックス出来、景観も最高でした。ちょっとしたトラブルはありましたが、Eddieさんが迅速に対応してくれて、すぐに快適になりました。感謝です♥ あまり、絶賛すると、次の予約が取れにくくなりそうなので😁 毎年1ヶ月Pattayaに滞在してますが、次回もぜひ！お部屋を予約したいです。 Eedeieさん、ありがとうございました。
