A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

This was my second stay in one of Jonathan's accommodation and just like the first time, everything was perfect from the start. Jonathan is a great host, his accommodation is great and I lacked nothing. I am my favorite place in Pattaya and 100% recommended .

The apartment was lovely and in a quiet location. Shop for general items within walking distance(across the road) and have cheaper massages than the strip. The pool was absolutely amazing with the use of a gym. Beach is 10mins in a taxi which is very reasonably priced. We used 'Grab'. Would strongly recommend this apartment.

ソファーベッドが用意されていてリラックスできた。ホストはとても穏やかで、優しく、丁寧に説明してくれてとても安心した。荷物も無理を言ったのに預かってくれた。部屋から0.1秒で洗濯機があり、いつも清潔に保つことができた。夜中に週末外からのノイズがあったが、それ以外はパーフェクトだった！セキュリティガードも優しい人ばかりだった。再度宿泊したい。

really enjoyed my recent stay here. I've stayed at this location a few times and it's one of the better areas to stay in my opinion. nice, clean big room. had a small issue to start that was handled well by the hosts. would recommend and will stay there again if available.

Sunny got me in last minute booking within 5 minutes! And I mean, made contact and had me in the condo in 5 minutes. The place is clean and organized. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure and temperature was great, wifi connection was great and washing machine worked great. It is located on 31st floor and the pool and gym are one floor above, which is super convenient. Only a few minor issues I noticed.... there is a shortage of utensils ie: no bottle opener, no can opener and only 1 fork, 1 butter knife and 2 sharp knives that were dull and 1 small pot and no pans. Couch needs to be replaced, I think at one time a really really really heavy person sat in the middle and blew out the springs, so the is a large deep dip in the middle. had a great stay.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und ist ideal zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sauber und gut organisiert. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Klare Empfehlung – gerne wieder!

Très bon logement à Jomtien. Beaucoup d'espace. Très bien situé. Près de tous les services. Piscine magnifique. J'y retournerai.

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Området var stille og fredelig . Når vi spaserte noen minutter fant vi butikker og små billige spisesteder med god Thai mat. Folk i nabolaget var utrolig hyggelige og gjestfrie. Sentrum i Pattaya var en halvtimes biltur fra huset. Drosjeselskapet Bolt er veldig effektive og veldig billige . Verten var ganske travel men alltid tilgjengelig på meldinger. En gang trengte vi hjelp til å få tak i en lommebok vi hadde mistet og da stillte verten opp hundre prosent og fulgte oss til politiet og ventet til vi hadde fått den igjen. Vi anbefaler stedet til alle som ønsker å bo litt utenfor sentrum og oppleve litt annet enn turist Pattaya.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Very good place for a family holiday

Séjour avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants (5 et 11 ans). Maison traditionnelle en bois, si vous cherchez l’authenticité et le charme de l’ancien vous êtes à la bonne adresse. À la campagne loin des tumultes de la ville. Wat est une belle personne, très gentil et généreux MERCI 🙏🏻

Vi havde et dejligt ophold . Der manglede nye knive og div. køkken redskaber i køkkenet og så manglede der en ovn .. Vores vært Mini har været fantastisk venlig og hjælpsom under vores ophold så hende giver vi 5 store stjerner ..

A very Good stay, I would recommend to stay here if your staying in Pattaya. although the apartment is 10/15 mins from the beach it is so easy and cheap to get around Pattaya by using Bolt. The apartment was tidy and it was very quite and peaceful.

Appropriate for long term stay. Convenient supermarket nearby. 7-Eleven is even closer. When you stay for an extended period of time, there are some issues that come up, but the post responds and takes care of them immediately.　In addition, the staff member, NARA, is a wonderful lady who does what we intend to do. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

A really nice flat on a quiet street. The apartment was comfy and spacious, with great AC. The staff were great and friendly as well, and everything was nice and clean. A great value! Thank you for a wonderful stay. :)

This Pattaya rental was a great find! The unit itself had a great location which was perfect for exploring the area. What truly impressed me was the host's incredible responsiveness. They were always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. When a minor issue arose with the unit, they were quick to address it, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their dedication to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place in Pattaya.

Within walking distance to all the big malls, walkingstreet, buakhao area and right next to the beach the location is excellent. The pool available on the same floor is very good and perfect for a refreshing dip or sunbathing, i recommend this apartment.

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять
