My wife and I recently stayed 3 weeks at Matjaz’s apartment. Our stay from check in to check out was enjoyable. Matjaz is a wonderful host, and is both helpful and personable. The apartment contains all of the amenities needed for both a short or long term stay and is located near to restaurants, markets, the beach, etc. we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly.

Had a great stay and would stay again. Everything as profile described. Never needed to talk with host because everything was as it should have been. !0 minute baht bus ride from Walking street. Condo was 50% cheaper than my buddy's staying 40 yards away. lol. Plus condo had restaurant by the pool with beach view that we breakfast at every morning.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr sehr warm (klimaanlage muss laufen) Die Lage ist mega gut, direkt an einem wunderschönen strand etwas abseits von pattaya. die ecke ist wunderschön. es gibt cafes und thai streetfood direkt daneben. das wlan hat mäßig funktioniert, wenn man arbeitet sollte man sich um eigenes netz kümmern. alles in allem gut. die wohnung war echt sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

Awesome property. Unmatched location. Best views and such a well kept property. I am definitely coming back. I had a memorable vacation.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

The host was great, very responsive. The apartment was cosy but had everything needed with a beautiful balcony and the rooftop pool & gym were amazing. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Totally value for money! I absolutely recommend. Was travelling with my siblings and needed something in a quiet neighborhood, Roya’s accommodation matched our needs. The resort is gated and easy to access, however you need a taxi to go back and forth to the centre as it is not a walkable distance but it’s not much of an issue as it is not a long distance by car and doesn’t cost much. The resort also has a private supermarket, gym, nail bar. Will totally book again. Roya is responsive, kind and very helpful. The apartment was clean and it is perfect for 2 persons although we were 3.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.

This beachfront condo was a dream! Waking up to stunning sunrise views from the balcony and ending the day with a rooftop infinity pool sunset was pure magic. Absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, quiet for relaxation yet steps from the beach and ideal for water sports. Plus, it’s close to great local and international food restaurants, shops, and essentials. The condo is modern, stylish, and well-equipped, exactly as described. felt like home! A huge thanks to Takahiko, an amazing host, very responsive and incredibly helpful, even recommending the best kite surfing spots. Smooth self-check-in and a seamless stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility! We’ll definitely be back :)

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.
