Прекрасная квартира и очень милый и заботливый хозяин.Удачное расположение для тех, кто любит тишину. Она находится в 3 минутах от пляжа Бамбу и в самой малолюдной части плажа Вонгамат.Рядом также много магазинов, маленьких кафе и ночной рынок.До тук-тука идти минут 20, но мы везде передвигались на такси, что очень удобно в Тайланде.Сама квартира очень чистая,мебель достаточно новая. Есть посуда и бытовые принадлежности , в тч предметы и средства для уборки.Мы комфортно разместились с 2 детьми. Хозяин любезно предоставил дополнительные наборы белья и полотенец и вобще всегда был на связи. В квартире очень шустрый интернет и смарт-тв . Напор воды в душе хороший , стоит водонагреватель.Внизу милый охранник, есть прачечная за 40б и аппарат для набора чистой воды.Наверху здания есть бассейн и спорт зал, но их не рекомендую. Только если ради красивого вида. По всем характеристикам рекомендую это место, а мне есть с чем сравнить.

Все очень понравилось. Мы въехали в очистую, ухоженную квартиру. Все соответствует фото. В пешей доступности пляж, бары, кафе и рестораны. Также близко к автовокзалу. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, всегда отвечал на наши вопросы и очень заботился, чтобы нам было удобно. Мы рады, что доверились вам. Спасибо за все 😊❤️

The place is in a beautiful and family friendly area, away from the hassle of city. There are nice restaurants around the apartment. Flat was clean enough and had everything you need.

We had an exceptional 46-nights stay at this property! From the moment we booked, Super Host Patchaya’s communication was prompt, friendly, and truly helpful. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could need for a comfortable long stay. What really stood out was the host’s genuine care for the guest. It’s clear they take immense pride in offering a five-star stay. All of the staffs in the resort were absolutely friendly and helpful. Safe area with security around the premises, reliable mailroom, highly maintained fitness center, sauna, steam room, hydro-therapy room, and huge pool. I highly recommend this Super Host for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable Airbnb experience. We can’t wait to return!

#Great Stay with Comfort and Convenience# I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation for a month! The place is comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Located near a private beach, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. You can find a lot of restaurants at the beach. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently situated at the entrance of the alley, making it easy to grab essentials. The accommodation provides WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The swimming pool is spacious, and there’s also a fitness center and a game room for entertainment. The owner is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to provide helpful recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.

the Villa was amazing! Lots of restaurants, local food vendors, and shops nearby. everything was about a 20 minute drive away. my friends and I had an absolute blast

The home was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, clean and easy access to main walking areas. Short walks to beach and local bars.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

Tolle Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Nicht mehr ganz neu, und die Klimaanlagen müssen dringend mal gewartet werden, aber ansonsten perfekt gelegen an der Beachroad Jomtien. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, und jemand wartete bereits auf uns zur Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung aller Details der Villa. Supergroßer Pool, der entgegen anderer Beschreibungen hier auf jeden Fall bis Nachmittags Sonne hat. Der Gastgeber reagiert direkt auf Anfragen und hilft bei Problemen schnell und effizient. Ich kann die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

這是我住過的民宿中，非常優秀的一個。 房間內部清潔、雅緻又安靜，格局合理，採光通風良好，無敵山景。電器、餐具、廚具、備品一應俱全，床很舒適，wifi、智慧型電視、冷氣和冰箱皆運作良好，有餐桌/工作桌和放鬆身心的按摩浴缸，對長期居遊或者數位游牧者尤其友善。 社區管理良好，出入安全（進出大門和電梯皆需感應門禁卡），設施一流（特別是四樓的圖書閱覽室和景觀泳池，以及頂樓可以觀海和日落的無邊際泳池，讓我每天的日子的健康充實，差點忘記出門👍） 社區位置不在觀光區或熱鬧市中心，但是一樓有小賣部和販賣機，同時有免費接駁巴士，乘坐大約10到15分鐘就可以抵達許多大型商場和熱鬧小攤子。另外，這裡在Pattaya和Bangsaen beach的中間，所以在住宿期間，可以同時欣賞探索兩邊的海岸風光。（社區離兩邊騎車或開車各約30-40分鐘）。想享受寧靜的度假生活，又同時可以探索熱鬧的觀光區域，亦或是有自己的交通工具的遊客，相信會喜歡在這的住宿體驗（像我一樣）👍。 很榮幸有機會成為房東Park在這個房源的第一個訪客。Park 在我入住和退房前都給予我清楚的說明，雖然因為這個房源剛剛開放，在清潔打掃的調度問題上導致我入住時間延遲，但是過程中一直和我保持順暢即時的溝通，也提供及時的援助，對於這兩個星期的住宿，我覺得非常愉快☺️。

Great apartment. Very spacious, parquet floor, amazing 180 degrees view from the balcony, kitchen with all the amenities you need, living room with great tv and sofas. Very comfortable bad. The owner reply right away for any issue or question you have.

Perfect. Love the nice touch of having clean towels sent daily. The shower handle has to be fixed though.

Die Unterkunft war vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage top. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind unzählige Restaurants und Supermärkte zu finden. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Mein einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass der Pool nicht richtig sauber war.
